Good prodfuct

Reviewed By David S (BEMIDJI, MN) Reviewed for a 2008 Ford F-150 —3/19/2015 9:12 AM

I put the kit in this last week. Everything went as the instructions said and it took about 4 hours working at a conferrable pace as I have learned to do. The truck sits 3 inches higher; much more level and there is much better clearance. I had to put an extension on my plow mount and will have to adjust my headlights. I had the truck aligned as per the instructions. They did everything I wanted them to do.

Great leveling kit! 3rd one of these I've purchased and never been disappointed. First one was for 04 Ford F-150, used it two years then took out and put in the next 04 for a year. 2nd one went in an 06 F150 ran it for three years. Now this one in my 2013 F150, all have performed flawlessly. Not a bad price, great quality, and not extremely difficult to install.

Lift kit installation

Instructions were very thorough and easy to understand. My only suggestion would be to add another step- remove the outer tie rod end from the spindle, just as you did the ball joint. That makes the job a whole lot easier, just don't let the CV joint separate.
