The lift was as described. The installation instructions were clear and had color pictures with them, that helped. Installation took 2.5 hours in the driveway at home. Word to buyers: Get the torsion key unloader tool, will make the installation easier and quicker. Also, the components to disconnect on the rear that is listed in the instructions are not on every vehicle. Use common sense and it will go smooth. Over all the kit did do everything it described it will do. We have 285"s on now.
This product is absolutely terrible

This lift is junk, I ordered the 3" front and 1.25" rear lift for my truck and it does not do what it claims. It claims 33" tires will fit however it lies local tire shop had to reorder smaller tires to fit. Lift doesn't even appear to lift at all! My installer also told me that the Keys are the thinnest he's ever installed and that they twisted and stressed upon install. Absolute junk as a member of CAFCNA I will be warning all avalanche owners of this terrible product.
What a P.I.T.A to install, and missing 2 bolts!

Listen, it's a decent lift, relatively inexpensive and looks pretty darn good. I makes your truck look lifted but not making it look like a monster truck. BAD NEWS, the kit was missing 2 bolts! 2! That is just horrible quality control. totally derailed the project. Started on a Sat, and realized on a Sun that they were missing. Took 2 days to find a place that stocked the bolt. Terrible directions. Thank God my helper was a mechanic. Otherwise get a professional if you want it done right!
