KYB Gas-a-Just Shocks & Struts Reviews

kYB Gas Rear shocks

Very happy so far with my purchase easy install, the ride is fine not to stiff very nice. The only problem I had was with the install, it didn't come with a locking nut for the top, they provided two nuts instead for locking, it was harder to tighten the smaller nut when you can't see if your tool is on the top nut only. Where's my air leak?

Reviewed By William B (Fort Payne, AL) Reviewed for a 2016 Ford F-150 —6/23/2016 10:43 AM

Relatively easy install. Had air leak in both swivel connectors. Tightened both until no air bubbles were observed. Checked both air fill valves for leaks. Still, neither side holds air. Both sides leak down. Looking to remove and replace the tape sealer with a paste sealer. If that doesn't work, they're going back!

Koni STR.T

Reviewed By William B (ANGIER, NC) Reviewed for a 2005 BMW 3-Series —6/22/2016 10:54 AM

chose these struts over the Koni yellow as I don't need adjustables or track my car. These ride very well without being too harsh. My original BMW struts were shot so of course these were a big improvement, but so far I like them and would use again. 2005 BMw 330ci ZHP.
