I received the bars quickly, and I was amazed at the quality and ease of installation. I would definitely recommend these Nerf Bars to anyone looking to add to their 4Runner.

They are a bit thinner than I expected, but still sturdy. The only problem I have with them is that my car (2003 4Runner) has hooks in the floor to hold the mat in place, and although that generally works, the supplied caps are not quite deep enough so either the cap pops off, or the hook gets loose. I'm just going to remove the caps -- the OEM mats didn't have them. Also, they're a bit darker than the carpet, but they still look fine. Overall, they're the best non-OEM mats I've used so far.

fits perfectly, best to have another person with you and a descent wrench for the bolts. the holes for the lights could be slightly farther apart as it covers the part of the plates even with the relocator. Would be nice if there was a hole to fish the lights through. But looks awesome

Air-Lift has an excellent product, however, it is not as simple as it seems. They mention in the instructions you can make a 3/4 inch hole in the frame by drilling with a 1/2 bit and then enlarging the hole with a Roto-zip type tool. The metal is harder than the tool can handle. After a hour trying to enlarge the 1/2 hole, I decided it was much easier to buy the 3/4 inch drill bit instead at $19.94 (Home Depot). The instructions were for an Odyssey instead of specifically for the Pilot. The hole template did work, however. I did mount the valve stem next to the gas cap and it looks professional. Overall, I am happy with the kit. It allows me to tow a 3000 lb boat without rear sag.
