Read this recent 2012 Toyota Highlander Posi Quiet Ceramic Brake Pads customer review: Gordon C from Jacksonville, FL says "I am pleased with the Posi Quiet Brake Pads. I have over 1,000 miles on them. They are on slotted & drilled rotors and the performance is very nice. In the past the SUV would go into ABS braking mode pretty easy. I think that ABS caused a head on collision for my wife do to the stopping delay it causes. It will never happen again because after break in I tried very hard to get the ABS mode to activate. ABS still works well but it only activates when it should before it would come on with every hard stop. I installed rotors & pads with ease in about 3 hours in no rush. There was little noise at first but 30 miles of driving and all was quiet."
