Looks good, but leaks a bit
Overall, the cover looks great when it's down, and decent when it's rolled up. It keeps the bed mostly dry, but my installation still leaks on the corners near the bulkhead. The water ends up running off the cover like a stream on those parts (think of how water sheds off a roof), and is somehow getting into the bed from up there, to pool up in my bed and run out the tailgate. Much better than it was before though, because now only the edges of my bed are wet instead of the whole thing.
TruXedo Lo Pro QT for Toyota plastic short bed.
Good packaging,Instructions were a bit hard to understand at times but it worked okay. Some of the foam seal parts were awkward to piece in,I used a dab of silicon in one spot, but it all worked out to be a good looking and operating unit. One of the tension screws seemed like it backed out a bit. I would recommend this cover to anyone.
I installed this on my 2005 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner. The bed is very deceiving looking because the rails that the tonneau come with on my truck the rails do not look straight and that is just because the way that toyota designed the bed. I have made some adjustments to get the velcro tighter so air does not get into the bed while driving down the road. Overall I like the quality of the Truxport but heard the Tuxedo lowpro is better but at a premium price.
