The cover arrived in one large box without any damage. Rails were fairly easy to install -- they bend to the concave Ridgeliner walls as you tighten. I recommend test-fitting before tightening to adjust fit to tailgate. The cover itself is pretty easy to install, two people would make it even easier. I found that the rails impede the side-opening tailgate and gouged the plastic. I adjusted the rails higher and shaved a bit of plastic from the corner and it works fine now.

I am happy with the product. I do not like the way RAM 1500 has a plastic bed rail that it connects to. I wish it had a metal bed rail. Otherwise it installs quickly, looks good, provides protection with locking tail gate, and with minor additional tape (provided) generally makes bed compartment a dry area during storms.
