"It has buttons for you to switch during the cold months and summer. which is and upgrade, compared to the older one that I had that was tough. I have it on my TACOMA 07 DCAB SHORT BED. Only thing though it's just much easier to have 2 people doing it. Can be done with one person but might be just a little bit longer other wise GREAT PRODUCT!!"

"It's the 4th time I've installed one (twice on one truck and once on two other trucks) and I had this one on in less than 20 minutes with help from the little lady. I would recommend this top for easy affordable storage and protection. I received it on Wednesday after ordering on a Sunday...can't beat that! Scott in East Nottingham, PA"

"the cover is well made and was extremely easy to install.the only reason i didnt give it 5 stars was because the tailgate seal that was shipped with the cover did not fit on my 04 dakota. otherwise i am very pleased!!seems to save me about 2 miles per gallon, so with a k&n filter and all synthetic fluids i am averaging 22mpg with my 3.7lt in mixed driving and getting about 26mpg on the highway! not bad!!!"

"Took me a little longer than some of the others to install (30-45 mins.), but I'm fussy that way. Cover and frame are well made, better than I thought I was going to get for the price I paid. Bows are easy to use and have two settings. Use the bottom setting because the cover stretches very tight the first time on. Could have used two more of the deeper clamps for the center positions, the smaller ones just made it. Looks good and is a great value with the free shipping. If this is the look you want for your truck don't hesitate to buy this cover"

07 Silverado New Body Style

"I had a Black Max on my previous 01 GMC, so I knew it was a nice cover. It's easy to install and self centering. The snaps don't rust and can be turned to change the fit. The bows can also be ajusted. The only problem I ran into is that the 07 version isn't wide enough to cover the stake pocketes completely. I emailed Extang and they new about the problem and will send me some pockete covers. If they know about it why don't they include them in the kit? I still think it's a good quality cover for the price and looks great."

"for this price its well worth it...not sure about gas savings yet.and with all vinyl covers they will fade a little but at this price from autoanything just replace in 5 years...also very easy to install...any dee dee dee can do it......"

"I like this one better than the one on my last truck much better. I like the spring loaded cross bars. They are easier to install. There was less pulling on it to get the final snaps done, it seemed to fit very well. My son loves the snaps up near the cab so he doesn't have to crawl inside anymore to get things."

"cover is too flexible in warm weather and more so in speed conditions. I was expecting the cover to be more rigid. possibly will change in cooler weather, but doesn't help the situation."

"overall it looks great install took about 15 minutes(lots to snap in place). CONS: -kinda flaps at high speeds(not irritating just noticeable) - dosent cover the whole bed on the edges; just a couple more inches and it would of looked clean."

"For the money this tonneau is a good value. I had a Truck Tek brand before which was much easier to install. The look is good but I really needed two more deep clamps for the Tundra installation. With my bedliner I had to place the center bar a little further aft than I wanted to get the shorter clamps to work. There were six short clamps and only two deep clamps provided."

"Easy to install, directions clear and easy to read. Cover support ribs are the best design I have seen. Small concern about bed pockets, but when final installiation was done the pockets were covered."
