"Your Extang cover was exactly as discribed on your web, and was a "snap" to install, did reverse the snaps on the tailgate brackets as the cover is a tight fit,which is the way it should be. Very empressed. Thanks, Joe"

"Very happy with the Tonneau cover fits well easy to use. Looks awesome. Don't recommend putting the tonneau on for the first time when it cool out. But it was simple....excellent instructions! Took about 15 minutes to do! Recommend highly!"

"Installing the Extang BlackMax Tonneau cover was an adventure for me...a very good one. The product came in a very good and packaging that secured the items inside. It took me about five minutes to unpack and identify each item. It took me another five minutes (slow) to assemble the frame and place it on top of the bed. It took me another three minutes to figure out how to use the brackets - short and long. And ten more minutes later the frame is completly clamped and secured on the truck.The tonneau canvas fits right on the frame. Extra pads for better sealing and extra buttos were also provided. I am very very satisfied."

"This cover is just great! I ended up not being able to install it until after dark & with just a little light is only took 15 minutes to install! Looks great & at least with the double cab Tundra you can open the tailgate & not have to unsnap the cover, which is really nice. I definitely recommend this cover & I'm sure I'll be doing future busy with this company."

"Bought this cover for my 04 Dodge Ram. The frame went on without any real difficulty. Someone to help with the assembled frame is recommended as it is clumsy to handle alone especially on a frame as big as for my Ram. It's a quality item and well engineered. The cover itself needs to be exposed to some midday sun for a couple hours to enable it to stretch enough to fit over all the snaps. Tried it with out doing so, and it would not reach no matter what setting I put the snaps on to. It took me an hour to do a careful assembly without scratching my paint job. Once finished it's a beauty. Buy it you'll like it! Bob"

"The price/value relationship seems to be about right. The installation instructions were somewhat confusing- not identifying the different sized clamps for my particular product. The clamps were also unpainted aluminum which detracts from the overall appearance of the product- I painted the clamps to obtain a "totally back " appearance."

"Since this isn't the first Extang Tonneau cover we've had, we knew what to expect. The big difference is that the snaps are now fiberglass on the bed rails, not metal. But, that didn't affect anything in terms of installation, or appearance. The nice part is that the rail behind the cab now has snaps as well, so you can unsnap the front if needed. The cover fits really well, and looks great. One thing that is different about this one is that our truck's bed isn't square, but has a slight bow to the sides, and the cover reflects that same bow from front to rear. Another nice thing is that the arched bows that hold the top up are now labelled, so you know exactly which bow goes where. The bows are also spring loaded, instead of sliding on the side brackets. The difference is that the old bows could slip out and fall into the bed. All things considered, this is a great addition to the truck, and it really helps with gas mileage, too."

"IT TOOK LONGER TO WASH THE BED OPEN THE PACKAGING AND THROW OUT THE TRASH WHEN FINISHED, THAN IT DID TO INSTALL.IT WAS REALLY SIMPLE TO INSTALL, AND LOOKS GREAT. I COULD'NT ASK FOR MORE!"

"Very easy to install. I did it in the driveway and it only took 30 minutes. Was hard to strech the cover at first but not a problem now that it's broken in. Works wonderfully and has improved my gas milage almost 5 mpg on trips that I have taken since installing."
