"I am very unhappy with the fit of the cover. I had a 2001 Dodge and the cover fit very nicely. This new one on the 2007 Sierra New Body is a horrific fit. If I had known ahead of the time I ordered that it would look like this I would not have ordered it."

"I got this cover for a 2007 Toyota Tacoma. The truck came with a factory-installed bed liner and rail system. I was curious to see how the tonneau cover would be installed. The fit is great and I am very pleased with this cover. I've gotten several compliments on it."

A couple of problems

"1.The back bow is too long but I was able to force it in.This will be a pain when I remove and reinstall. 2. Due to the tailgate edge protector you have to shim up the back of the cover with foam shims provided. The directions are not clear, the system is sketchy and you can't tighten down the rear clamps fully. Visually you would never know there is a problem. It looks great but Extang really needs to put a little more engineering into this installation on the new body 2007 Silverado"

"This is the second cover i had and its just as good as the first one that was 3 years old and no problum with it !!! This one seams to be a little better. Very easy to install. It also keeps the bed of the truck dry and know one knows that anything is in the back. Which is nice to have for storing my stuff Keep up the good work on this product its great!!!!"

"THE EXTANG CLASSIC PLATINUM TONNEAU COVER IS GREAT COVER AND LOOKS GREAT FOR THE PRICE. NO PROBLEMS WITH THE INSTALLATION, HAD IT OUT OF THE BOX AND ON MY RAM 1500 IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. IN ONLY 3 WEEKS I AM ALREADY GETTING BETTER GAS MILAGE."

"I received the cover a day later than it was due(UPS's fault, not Autoanything's). It was on the truck in 45 minutes. Everything fit correctly, and the quality appears excellent. I haven.t measured gas mileage yet, but I am definitely going more miles on a tankful. Would (and have) recommend this product to anyone looking for a tonneau"

"The cover was shipped from the factory so it was delivered in just over a week. The installation is very simple and the instructions are excellent. Also included a replacement parts list and prices. The cover flaps in the wind but it doesn't come un-snapped. It might be flapping because the bows are set in the lowest position for best looks. Overall I'm quite satisfied with the cover. AutoAnything is great to deal with, order status, tracking numbers. My first order with AutoAnything and it went very smooth."

Good but not the best, even at this price

"Installation was simple. Was not expecting sliding snaps, and personally prefer fixed snaps. Cover isn't a tight as others I've had in the past (Tonneau Masters). Otherwise, it's a good cover made from good materials and with a pretty good mounting system."

"It took me longer to unpack then to install tho their instructions could be more explicit to the uninitiated as to what clamp goes where. It is head and shoulders in quality above the Tek-Sport, which was about the same price, on my previous truck but does have one problem - it's too floppy - probably about an inch too wide even at the summer snap setting and will need the 4th cross bar to tighten sufficiantly at approx. $40 more. I believe I can see an increase in needed gas mileage on my V10 Ford. If it were tighter it would have rated the 5th star"

"Fits perfect on my 1999 Ranger, no excessive sag or anything. It was a simple installation that took under 20 minutes and I didn't even have to take my bed caps off. This cover gives my truck a really clean, finished look."

Would NOT Buy Extang Again!

"Comes with No instructions at all (not that you should really need them) but it was very hard to get on even with the snaps set on loose. I also didn't like the fact that it does Not have snaps in the front, i guess it just hooks under a plastic lip (like I said, no directions...also didn't like that the support braces must go where the clamps are (other brands are not this way) this caused a problem because a coplu bolts were snapped off on my '94 Chevy sportside so I could move the clamps to another hole but that meant the braces were in a bad spot....I like my old Tonneau cover better...AUTO ANYTHING was great though! Good Price, Fast Shipping!"
