"I have and older truck I plan on keeping and needed a replacement for my old cover. Did some research and settled on the Classic. I am very pleased with both the company and the cover. They provided excellent customer service by being knowledgeable of the product, answered all questions, and delivered as promised. The cover is exactly what I was hoping for. It was easy to installis of excellen quality and a great value. Highly recommend both the company and the tonneau cover."

"This is a great product with quality components. I installed it on the absolute coldest day of the year here in Boston without any major problems. For this fact pattern I would recommend adjusting all the snaps to their loose setting before hand--I must have overlooked that section in the instructions. Even after adjusting the snaps it was a bit tough to get the first few started, but the rest were easy. The very next day we got over two feet of snow and the cover worked flawlessly. Overall I'm extremely satisfied and my truck looks great."

"In about fourtyfive minutes you can change the whole looks of your truck. Cover that bed with a sharp looking and functional tonneau for about the cost of a tire. Sweet!"

Over the Rail Bedliner Installation

"The cover fits like a glove, and looks great. However, an over the rail bedliner installation does not take 20-30 minutes... as most of the reviews claim. This project took four hours to complete. And that's not counting the time it took to unpackage, inventory the contents, and read through the assembly instructions first. Notches for the clamps must be cut into the bedliner. The method I chose was to outline the area, drill starter holes in the corners, and then finish with a sharp utility knife. Worked well, but time consuming. If there's a better way... I'll be the first in line next time. I would definitely recommend this bed cover... just know that depending on the bedliner style, this may be a tougher job for some."

"I am not a very hand person and usually hire persons to do any installation work for me. It was different with the Extang tonneau for my 2004 Ford Ranger Flareside. I decided to try the installation myself and before I knew it I was done and done correctly. Thank you Extang..all the parts were there, the directions clear and correct. I love the cover and it is a perfect fit."

"A well designed Product. Installation went as specified. The only flaw is that the ends come off the bows. The little detent in each tube is not sufficient to hold on the plastic ends."

Rated "Right On"

"I was extremely pleased when I opened the box of my new Classic Platinum cover. The packaging was superb, the parts were of the highest quality and the instructions were simple and concise. The frame went together quickly and with a little help from my wife, had it installed on the bed in no time. (I love the way the cover slides into the cab rail instead of having to snap it on.) With a little aligning to center it, the frame was a perfect match. The clamps went on next which took only 10 minutes. The 3 cross bows were quickly installed and my wife and I rolled out the cover and began snapping it in place. Even in 52 degree temperature, the cover stretched out taut and snapped in place without having to pull on it with all our might. (If you have a person on each side and start snapping from the cab and work back to the tail gate then snap the tail gate section from the center outward leaving the corner snaps till last, it will go on easily with only a little stretching required.) We stepped back and admired a great looking cover with a perfect fit. My truck looks awesome! From the time I opened the box, to the time I closed the garage door and went into the house, less than 1 hour had elapsed. This is a superbly engineered product that was easy to install and fit without fussing. Congratulations Extang, this cover is Right On!"
