I have owned several covers thru the years and they have all been EXTANG covers. They have always performed great, excellent quality with a great fit. Would buy nothing else!

I installed this Extang Platinum tonneau on my 2013 Toyota Tacoma double cab short box (5'3") IMO, it's a great quality tonneau cover that looks good too. It's also made well having metal clips (no plastic). The clips and crossbars are also adjustable for height and to tighten up the cover. The adjustability is also good for cold weather use since everyone knows that it's more difficult to install the cover when it's cold since the tarp shrinks a bit in cold weather.

I've been driving a truck all my life and never had a cover, thought it would be too much hassle. Takes a few extra steps to get something in or out of the bed but it's nice having my things out of the weather and view of the public. Have not had a chance to officialy check if gas milage improved but it seems to have on my last tank of gas.

I purchased the Extang Classic Platinum cover for my 2000 Ford f-150. The shipping from Auto Anything was very prompt, with no damage to the package. All of the pieces and hardware were present, and the cover was very easy to install. It fits the truck very nicely, and looks good. Dont be afraid to purchase this product. You wont regret it!

The Platinum is much improved quality for only a couple bucks more than the Black Max. The install would have taken less than 30 mins except that they did not include any extra foam tape to ramp up the back rail to clear the standard tailgate cover trim. So I had to run to Lowes to finish the job. Also this cover will bulge up while driving. They look awesome while stopped or cruising slowly but at highway speeds not so much. Otherwise, extang platinum was well worth the very low price.
