Ford F250 Short Box Cover

"I have had various Tonneau Covers and most were easy to put on the truck. The Extang was equally easy. Very easy and took about 45 minutes from start to cleanup. I like the feature of rolling up the Tonneau cover when carring loads that need the entire bed. I live in the Northeast and durring the winter the previous snap on covers were very difficult to put back on once they were removed. Bob Foster"

Great Fit

"Installation was easy-about half hour. Cover is tight and no wrinkles.Open and close tailgate without having to open cover,flush fit on bed rails looks great.Weather seal works well on my F-150.The Extang RT is a keeper."

Tonneau Cover

"I have somewhat mixed feelings about the Extang RT Tonneau Cover. I like the way it looks but the latching mechanism stinks. It worked the first time I latched it but after the tarp had a chance to sit for a little while it refuses to latch unless you really fight it. I might try to get a completely new back rail since it looks a little bent which could possibly be the problem."

"I love my Extang RT Tonnoeau. It was incredibly easy to install in about 20 minutes. It works very well and looks outstanding. I've had no problems with leakage. The tie down cleats on the installation clamps are a simple yet thoughtful feature. Rest assured I will be purchasing from Extang in the future. Walt Middlebury CT"

"This cover looks amazing and is great qaulity. The low pro look is great, and snaps are ugly so the velcro this uses is way better. Install was quick and easy, only about 20 min. It's easy to roll up when you need to use the bed, and then fold back down when done. After doing a lot of research on all the availble covers this one just made the most sense and I'm glad with my decision. AutoAnything was also good to deal with, very smooth and no problems. thanks."

"I've had my Extang RT cover on my 03' silverado ss for about two weeks now. this is a very nice cover, i have no complaints at all. the installation only took about 15 mins and was super easy and all the parts and instructions were there and in order. the cover fits very well, except that i had to cut my bed liner at the front of the bed nearest the cab because that was the only place the bed liner went over top the bed rail. other than that everything was smooth and simple. cover looks awesome!"

"Easy enough to install. Looks great. The only thing I wish I could change is the buckles on the front edge that just flap there when it is not rolled up. Kind of corny looking, but the low-profile look offsets that greatly."

Extang RT Tonneau Cover Review

"The item was well packaged, instructions very clear, and the quality superb. On a scale of 1(worst) to 10(best), I would rate the fit as a 5. I was bit dissapointed with the way the product rails fit along the truck bed rails. They mounted crooked. The mounting surface on the truck has an offset. Extang provided a 1/16"(approx) thin shim to help compensate for this offset. It didn't help. It seems a 3/16" adhesive shim, the full length of the Extang rails would have been perfect."

Nothing Less than Advertised

"The cover arrived days ahead of schedule. Craftsmanship is excellent. Installation is a breeze (less than 30 minutes). No holes to drill in the truck. No sticky tape to gum up the truck bed. The cover fit like a glove. It rolls up then reinstalls with ease. Exceeded my expectations."

"Overall, it does a decent job. It is easy to install, easy to roll up, and looks fine, but it seems to catch rain between the crossbars and the weight causes the front end (closest to the cab) to pop open."

"I absolutely love this cover. My 05 F150 SuperCrew had the Ford cover on it at first that looked like absolute junk. I got this one in and installed it in ~20 minutes. It's always tight and looks great on the truck. You won't be disappointed."
