"The RT cover was very easy to install in my Dakota. I wasn't able to get the clamps exactly where the instructions wanted due to pop rivets, but the cover is securely fastened."

"This cover was easy to install (30-minutes as a novice). We had torrential down pours and little water in the bed! If I could only find some plugs for the rail holes the bed might have been dry. The cross bars show more than the picture indicates - I am hoping some time spent with the tenioners will eliminate this. All in all product seems to be everything I wanted and at a fantastic price. Only expectation not met was shipping time - I was not told it was out of stock - it showed ten days late."

Best for the money

"I've used the snap down covers in the past but a friend of mine recommended taking a look at these. I debated between this and the Access Lightrider. A few things I know that might help someone else in the same position: two brackets on each side is sufficient, the sides don't leak, and the single latch is working great. The one thing I would like to see improved is better coverage in the front. It may be just on the Titan but if water collects on the cover then I back up, some of the water follows the curvature of the cover and makes it way into the bed in the corners. I haven't looked, but there's probably a way to add some weatherstripping to the leading edge. Outside of that I'm very happy with the cover. Installation was easy with someone to hold the rail in place while securing it down. Took less than 45 minutes from opening the box to shutting the tailgate."

"I received the cover sooner that expected from Autoanything. I took me about 20 minutes or less to instal and is completely removable. Great cover, I will recommend to anyone. The seal is good an does not leak water when truck is washed. I would like to have a lock option on both sides instead of just one to complement my locking tailgate for extra security. I thight the cover to the maximum to keep it from flapping in the wind so I dont have any adjustment left if it strech. Great product overal for the money."

"Top is great along with the POP & Lock.Dry and secure. Suggest relocate the clips at the cab that connects to the tie downs. This would make a complete smooth top and would look great. Thanks"

"This is an excellent product. I was able to install it on my Dodge Ram in about 20-30 minutes. The cover came with the two hex keys needed for installation, so everything you need for the installation is included. The instructions were easy to follow. The cover looks great, it lays flat and is easy to roll up out of the way. I highly recommend this product. Particularly for those who need a cover they can move out of the way quickly for transporting bulky materials."

"I just put an Extang RT on my 2006 Silverado. It was very easy to install. I needed a cover that left the stake pockets open and this fit the bill. It looks great as well. It could be a little tighter and tile will tell how it performs in a NY winter."

"We just love our extang RT tonneau cover. It went on so-o-o-o- easy!! If we had one comment it would be to be sure that the rails are straight before securing. Our cover would not stay locked, no matter how we tried. It would lock and then pop open. Called the 800 number and a technician advised us to do three things and the first thing worked. He said to make sure the rails were straight. Thank you technician!! Love our cover. Lou and Dottie"

"This cover far exceeds my expectations. I was hoping for a good product but this cover is great. I read several complaints about the tightness of this cover but I don't have that problem. I tried tightening the setscrews all the way and the cover would not close because it was so tight. I had to loosen them a bit. The cover by itself is not a watertight cover. That's not the covers fault but is due to the way a truck bed is designed. A bed is designed to let water out so therefore it will let water in. Even though some water does get in it is not excessive. The locking feature is great but keep in mind it will not keep a thief out. With my tailgate shut I simply pulled up the Velcro and reached inside and unlocked it. I know some people by locks for their tailgates but just remember this is not a secure cover. You’ll need a hard cover if that’s your need. I’ve made a long trip with this cover installed and had the bed PACKED to the rim. I simply unrolled the cover and off I went. Nothing even moved on the trip. I’ve only filled my truck up with gas a few times since installing it but it appears my mileage may have increased a small bit. I used to get in the 13 mile per gallon range consistently. My last fill up was 14.49 mpg. While on my trip I was getting in the 15-16 mile range but keep in mind that was highway traveling. Overall, I would buy this cover again without a second thought. If I ever buy another truck this cover will be on the top of my to-get list."

"I was surprised at how easily and quickly this cover installed. It looks great and seals well. There was just one small 2"-3" of stitching that was sloppy and loose looking, but other than that I'm very pleased."

"I got this for my husbands pickup. He had a cover on it when he got it.It had snaps on it instead of velcro. He hated it, he loves this new top. He wish he had got one along time ago. He couldn't use the box on it before, because of the snaps. He can haul things in his pick-up now. This is the best purchase we have made for this pick-up."
