"looks great! It has a lot of movement on the highway. The vinyl might need to be thicker. The plastic corner pieces seem to be a part that might break easily."

What an experience!!

"I bought this tonnea for my ford f150 and the installation process was grueling, to say the least and ONLY because i was sent a bow that was not the right size. The three bows decrease in length as the cover unrolls towards the tailgate and i was sent two of the same length bow as opposed to three bows of different length. As soon as i realized i was sent the wrong pieces, i called Autoanything and the customer service was GREAT! It only took a couple of hours for them and Extang to get me another bow shipped out. When i received the 3rd bow, everything worked perfectly EXCEPT, the clip on the new bow snapped off while i was installing it! Again, i called Autoanything and again, they got me another clip shipped asap, no questions asked! So, while i rate the installation experience a 1 out of 10, between Autoanything and Extang, everything was made right, quickly, and for that, i will turn to Autoanything for all my future truck parts/accessory needs! I highly recommend Autoanything (and the Extang Tuff Tonneau)!"

"THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE BOUGHT THIS COVER. I HAD A SIERRA THAT I BOUGHT THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME AND FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS COVER. EVERYTHING FROM THE QUALITY TO THE REAR ROTATING ARM TO THE SNAPLESS DESIGN. I WOULD NOT SWITCH TO ANY OTHER TYPE. IT HOLDS UP THROUGH ALL THE SEASONS WITH NO PROBLEM, AND I KNOW BECAUSE I FROM THE CHICAGOLAND AREA. THIS TIME WAS A RAM AND THE EXACT SAME ON EVERYTHING. I ONLY HAVE TWO THUMBS SO IT GETS BOTH OF THEM!"

"This is my fourth tonneau from Extang, so I have grown and with them over the years. This tonneau is by far the nicest one I have. I chose this one because I needed the bow height as I haul a lot of landscape material that needs to be covered and protected from the open air exposure."

"I can't imagine an easier installation, it looks good and comes apart in a snap when you want the bed open but the cover itself is a bit difficult to roll up alone and it flaps more than I'd like at highway speeds but overall good bang for your buck"

"I previously had a tonneau cover on my Ford Pickup which I purchased from my Ford dealer. This cover was similar in installation but was about half the price. This unit is a little harder to put on by myself but appearance is better than previous one. So far I am very pleased with this unit."

"This is the second Extang cover I have had. First was on a 2002 Ford Sport Trac. This cover was purchased for a 2009 Tacoma. The fit of the tonneau against the geometry of the pickup is very good. Due to the higher side rails verus the bed head and the tailgate I will withhold judgement on the "water tightness" of the cover. This is a difficult application due to this geometry. Will be interesting to see how the larger rubber seals on the front and tailgate rail work out. (The 02 SportTrac cover never allowed a drop of water in the bed in 6 plus years.) The J snap rail continues to be the best in industry design for installation and for looks. The new pivoting tailgate rail however has me slightly concerned in that I have some concerns on how the mechanism will hold up with use. I probably would favor the original straight rail of the 2002 cover to avoid the more complicated pivoting design. However again I hold opinion till I have experience. And as always the quality of the delivered product is excellent with the exception of one small ding on one of the crossbars. If you keep the cover clean and "lubricated" with Extang Tonneau Protectant, you will get many years of service with great looks."

"My tonneau instaled very easy,looks good,and does what i wanted it to do. (cover the bed and keep things dry). I had a hard cover on my old pickup and it took 3 people to take it off when I needed. I can remove this one in minutes by myself. I would purchase another if needed. great quailty for the price."

"Received my cover several days ago and installed it in about 30 minutes. I am very happy with the snapless cover and got it as I had the same one on my previous truck. Hope this one holds up as well as my other one. Only downside is putting cover on in cold weather. Have to heat it up to get it to stretch back on sides."

"Real Quality for the price and Made in America. I thought I would have to do a custom fit because the Tacoma bed from the factory was not even but the cover filled in all the gaps. Easy to open and close if you follow the directions. Very pleased."
