"Like it, but the velcro retaing straps do not hold up and I think some other remedy should be designed.You may only get three years out of this cover. (I replaced the snap type 3 times in 7 years."

Great cover for a Great Value

"As I waited anxiously to receive this tonneau, many thoughts raced through my head. "Is it really as described, Is installation that simple, how tough is it," and many more. It took about 20 days to arrive at my doorstep after I ordered it. I put it on in about 30 minutes and it looks great, the cover shows a little more of the support bows than pictured, but alltogether it is a great looking cover that keeps water out pretty good."

"I'm quite satisfied with the cover. However, the instructions could be a bit more reader friendly. My cover rode it out in Hurricane Katrina and seems the only problem is that it has shifted slightly out of square. Otherwise, I'm happy with my product."

"This is by far the best cover on the market. The quality & features are excellent at a great price too. Since I bought a new truck, I needed a new cover & this Extang cover was the only replacement considered since the last cover lasted me for over 10 years. The best feature of the cover is the ability to remove in cold weather (cold weather shrinking/stiffness)& still be able to put back on with ease using the latching rear bar."

"Installed in about 20 mins. 1-defective bracket, called the company and had a new one and a spare within a couple of days. Cover looks great and is very easy to use. No snaps and seals good. I recommend this product and would buy another. Adam from New Jersey"

"Gas mileage is unchanged and the cover dips at least 4 inches between 2nd and 3rd bow at 55mph. This is my first cover and it appears my expectations were too high."

"Well...the Tuff Tonneau III cover was B-E-A-U-tiful! It fit like a glove, and really made the truck look great. It was really easy to put on too, it only took about 10 minutes! Unfortunately the truck got stolen a week after I got the cover, and it's still at the dealership now, getting body work done. I'll tell you what though, as soon as I get it back I'm putting a new Extang Tuff Tonneau III on it!! Thank you!"

"I installed this fine product on my custom 1999 Silverado. I don’t like the looks of the fiberglass covers as they make the vehicle look bulky to me. The Extang Tuff Tonneau III Cover is just what the Doctor ordered for me! Its black color matches the black trim on the tail gate and bumpers and sets off the metallic pewter paint nicely. This cover looks extremely good on my lowered truck with my 20” Velocity rims and Good Year tires. The price is great, installation was a breeze and I especially enjoy the snap-less hold downs. I did add two self adhesive Velcro “dots” on the outside of the bed between the bed and the cab to keep the straps from flapping around and sticking up. AutoAnything came through as advertised with prompt free shipping. A no hassle sale is always nice. I’d recommend them to anyone. I would like to see one of these covers made without the "bow" in the cross members giving the cover a "flat" look."
