The cover I got was for a ford f 150 long bed. According to the description there was no drilling or cutting that needed to be done. When I tried to install the crossbows they would push the main frame apart at the corners. In order for it to fit properly I had to cut each bow so that it was tight but would not force the frame to pop loose at the corners. I am not sure what happened if they were cut wrong at the factory or were damaged during shipping but it took 2 hours to correct.

I purchased this cover because of one thing: price. I have to say I am extremely impressed with the quality. Very flexible, easy to roll up (which is not the case with other similar covers I've had), and easy to install....one minor thing that is an adjustment for me, is that when sealing the cover in the runners, you need to have it just right as there are two guides, one which goes out of the runner, and one which must be pressed to the inside. Still...all I can say is WOW! Great job Lund!

Autoanything shipped my lund seal & peel quickly with no worries. Installation was simple and quick for one person. Looks good on the truck, and fits well. The stitching along one of the edges near the lund lable arrived pulled and unstiched, and will need to be watched to be sure it doesn't unravel. Wish it was a Lockable cover at the rear.

Have only had cover installed for a week ane it was easy to install. The only negative points I have are: there are no steps given on removal of tailgate rail so full bed can be used. It's easy once it's figured out. Second is the stiff sides with the plastic catch lip and the rubber insert seal prevent a tight rollup when stored. Those two points do not detract from my overall rating because the unit is an exceptional value and I would buy again.

Love the cover....went on easy as stated didn't have to warn the top to close just zipped shut. Water proof tight and a darn great value for the price. several guys at the shop are getting one as well.

Looks good but is tough to get squared up on the truck bed. Not nearly as easy as the stock Ford Lightning tonneau cover to install and remove. Serves its purpose and dose'nt look bad. I would recommend this cover for the guy who wants a tonneau for the daily driver to cover the truck bed at a good price.

The cover was easy to install. The only thing I don't like about it is the ram has the spoiler on the tail gate and the cover hangs out a little on both sides, no matter where I positioned the cover it still had the same appearance. It also flaps when the truck is moving, not very tight. Other than that I am happy with appearance and durability.

My Ford Ranger has the "California" bed; 6 ft long x ~50 inches wide. Please verify cover width, Thanks, Frank

Hi, The main question here is, "Is your truck a stepside or flareside?." Keep in mind, a "6 foot bed" isn't a literal measurement and can be +/- 3".

Hi Al, If you would like to keep your bed completely dry, I would recommend purchasing the optional tailgate seal.

In some of the pictures it looks like there are support bars going across the truck (middle of truck). I was wonder if that was for another type of cover. I do not think my boyfriend wants the bars mid truck. So I need to be sure. Thanks

Please tell me how well this style holds up vs snaps, also, does it have to be professionaly installed?

This product lasted 7 years on my 2005 F-350. Only recently, the vinyl cover started to fade and crack at corners. The cross bar locking tabs did break after 5 years, but I used a piece of stiff rubber instead. I just bought a second one for the same truck in May. I am also buying a third one for my new 2012 F-150, I purchased 6/23/2012. Allan

Hi Jane, this should hold up much longer than a snap-style cover. The sealing design distributes the load much more evenly, so it's less likely to tear at one point like a snap design. And no pro needed, the pre-marked rails and heavy-duty clamps assure perfect, no-drill installation that you can do yourself in less than 20 minutes.
