"After checking all the options for a folding tonneau cover I decided on the Lund Genesis Tri-Fold. Auto Anything helped me find the correct one for my 1999GMC 3500 dually crew-cab (Old Body Style) at a better price than anyone else. The Genesis arrived a few days after my order was placed. It took longer to read the instructions then it did to mount it on my truck. I love it and more importantly my wife loves it because it is so easy to use. My truck has a 5th wheel hitch in the bed so I wanted a cover that I could fold out of the way easily while pulling my 5th wheel trailer and also if needed be able to remove it without a hassel when I want to put my slide-in Truck Camper on. It is very easy to remove if needed and again simple to install. I live in Wisconsin and this time of year we get lots of snow and rain, this cover fits so well that it keeps my bed completly dry. The cover is also very secure Adding a tailgate lock will make it more secure. Great Company to do business with and I will purchase from them again."

Gas saver and easy installation

"I have a Nissan Frontier truck which has a cap on the box to protect my tools and to carry an occasional ladder. The cap extends above the cab of the truck about 3 inches and there seems to be a lot of drag during highway driving which I have been doing a lot of lately. I thought a tonneau cover would possibly save me some gas. It protects my tools and is very easy to install or remove for that matter. I can always reinstall my cap when i need to carry a ladder. In the few weeks I have used the tonneau cover I have been getting a wopping average of 75 more miles per tankfull of gas. enough savings to pay for the tonneau cover in no time!"

"I am very satisfied with my cover. Installation was very easy (<10 min). It fits perfectly and looks great. I can keep my mountain bike and riding gear in my truck bed now instead of the back seat of my truck. The cover is absolutly water tight, even going through autobell carwash."

Seasonal Usage

"My snap cover limited the usage of my truck bed due to the weather conditions in Pennsylvania. If the temperature was below 40 degrees, my snap cover was useless. It took me longer to take off my old cover than what it took to install my new Lund cover. I really like it."

Quick to Install-Good Fit

"The fit is good, installation was quick (15 minutes from the time I opened the box...including reading over the instructions), and seems to improve airflow and therefore gas mileage (though not 2 mpg). It is very easy to remove for large loads. The basic concensus from friends who have the roll or fold versions on their vehicle is that the tri-fold is much easier to use."

2001 Supercrew

"Sides of 2001 Supercrew bed are not straight. Cover fits well at the front and back but doesn't follow the curvature of the bed in the middle. Also could be an inch longer to seal better at front and back. Disappointed compared to fit on my Chevy."

"I haven't had a chance yet to get on the road to really put this cover thru the acid test, but I did put in on and take it off (by myself -- and I'm a 58 yr. old female) to check out the fit and the clamps, and everything works perfectly. The reviews of the cover on this website were what encouraged my purchase. Looking forward to seeing if it increases my mileage."

"Great cover for the price. Installs in minutes. I bought mine for my new 2007 Dodge Ram. Fits perfect. The only issue is it hits the factory tailgate protecter when closing the tailgate. Flat side bed caps will raise the cover and rectify the problem, but not a major big deal."

"Folks, this thing installed in about 2 minutes flat. Only disappointment is when you fold back the 2 panels, and strap to the front portion. The "C" clamps, thread stick out to far and will almost put a hole in the cover. I cut down the threads with a hacksaw, and put a rubber peice of the end. Now worry of poking a hole now."

"The cover is quick and easy to install. The only problem is see with the cover. It leaks at the tail gate. I plan to add my own modification to limit the leakage."

"The cover is looks, installs and works just the way they say it does. I would definity buy it again, being able to load your bed with large stuff without much hassel is worth it. The only negative thing I can say is that the last section doesn't seem to sit tight against the bed, so if your looking for a waterproof cover-this might not do it for you. Good luck."

"Very easy to install even without manual! With this cover on my truck looks prettier for sure. I'll recommend this cover to anyone who's looking for a tonneau cover. BTW, this cover is way cheaper than the same product being sold in Canada."
