"It is more difficult to center the cover than the directions indicate. It also sits on top of the bed higher than expected, so adhesive filler pads must be used to fill gaps at the corners. Still, a nice looking cover and easy to operate. My first one."

"I helped my husband install the cover. The directions were so simple! We had it installed in less than an hour! The price was quite a bit less than the local shops were quoting. Looks like it was professionally installed and we love the looks of it!"

"This cover went on without a hitch and looks good . the front rail however sits a bit higher than the side rails leaving a gap all across. I had to install some weather stripping to fill this gap but other than that , I have no complaints."

Truxedo tonneau cover

"I bought the Truxedo roll up cover in October. I did a lot of research on tonneau covers over the last month and the Truxedo roll-up cover came up on top. AutoAnything was great to do business with. My new cover was on my door step in five days, JC Whitney told me 4 to 6 weeks on same the same cover. This is my second cover, first being a factory cover. The removal and installation took 40 minutes. After installation I noticed the front section had about a 1/4 gap between the cover and bed, I just went to my local Home Depot and bought some weather striping and corrected the problem. So far the cover has been great keeping the bed dry, was easy to install (by myself) looks great. I recommend the Truxedo Roll-up cover and AutoAnything."

"i like the cover it is easy to install . i had one problem with the instalation it wanted to roll toward the bed so i had to install more weather stip to stop this problem and extra 20 dollars."

Not right at first

"When I received my original order of the cover, there was a manufacturing problem with one of the rails. The problem was that the rail end would not fit over the plastic corner piece provided. The rail was not made the same as the opposite rail. So that was frustrating. However, when I called Truxport, they did send me a new rail and this one did work just fine and the top looks good and functions real well. It may not have been right the first time, but they did stand behind their product and send me a replacement part with no hassle."

"The cover is all I thought it would be, but my buddy got the same cover a couple months ago and both times they failed to send us the hardware to install it. That is very annoying when your looking foward to getting it on your truck."

"I am so glad I ordered from autoanything. The order arrived when they said, no problems with getting the right one for my car. I was going to spend so much more from a local dealer to get the same thing and have them install! The installation was so easy less than 30 minutes. Great Product and Great Service.. "This is a great bed cover!! It was very simple to install; less than 30 minutes and that included opening the box. It's very simple to roll up when I need the bed for other uses, and very easy to put back in place. Plus, it looks great and am looking forward to getting a little better gas mileage now that I down have the drag."

"After reading other reviews, it was everything that I expected. It says in the instructions that the corners might need additional weather seal, and they do. Truxedo should just send four sheets of the corner seals. Installation was easy. Looks great. I suggest bed rail caps with it."

"I really like this cover. I have a new 08MY Frontier, fits perfectly. My only complaint: the front of the cover rubs on the cab, creating an annoying squeaking sound occasionally (mostly in warm weather). I think I need to center the cover better, but I haven't tried yet."

"Simple installaation but not really designed for my Dakota. The dakota bed sides narrow as they go to the rear and the rails are made the same width from front to back so when it gets to the rear the rails have not tapered with the body lines.The rails on the inside appear to follow the inside bed opening but still disappointed the outside does not follow the body lines better. I was also disappointed that the rails do not seal against water getting into the bed area,even with weather stripping."

"I will say that it took me a lot longer than 20 minutes to install. Being a girl and by myself when I installed it, I was please the way it turned out in the end. It looks awesome and I do have some minimal leaking (being from Oregon we like to rain test everything) but I have not installed the weather strip, yet. I do have an issue with the tailgate connection, where it clips down. I had a hard time getting it to clip down and now I can not get it to unclip. So when the man gets back in town I will have him take a look. other than that, cheers! It is a nice looking and fitting Tonneau cover. Also, what a great cost! I called for an estimate at a local installation place and they were charging just under $600 for the same exact tonneau... I laughed, hung up the phone and called Auto Anything. Jessica"

Best bang for the buck

"The only thing I would suggest is to provide a better side view of the tonneau cover. Some pictures could lead you to beleave that the tarp is flush with bed side rails, when their not. The foam padding raises the support rails of the cover off of the bed sides by about 1 inch. still looks fine, but more flush to the bed would look even better."
