"The product arrived quickly, included instructions were clear, though I thought it would be just a bit simpler. Installation still only took about 25 minutes, start to finish. It performs just like advertised, and looks like it should have been there from the start. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for this type of product."

"I like the pop up lock and very happy it was easy to install. but! it only takes two screws to remove. That's probably the only drawback."

"The lock works good, but when I ordered it, I thought I'd just be replacing the handle; a 5 minute job. Instead, you have to add 4 parts to the existing handle. It seems to work fine. My neighbor's tailgate was stolen last year, so it's nice knowing if a thief can't open it, it can't be stolen."

"Installing the Pop & Lock was simple and only took about 30 minutes. I liked how it matched the original Toyota tailgate handle, however I didn't like the protruding keyway. It seems it could be broken off eaisly with a screw driver.It should have been recessed and the same color as the the Pop & Lock/handle."
