It's probably the best designed soft cover available, at least out of what fits my Frontier. I have a tool box at the front of the bed. The hinged design is a quick and easy way to get into the box. A regular roll up cover would be a nightmare to deal with just to grab a tool. It also takes up little space unlike a solid folder. I have the Utili-track system and had to cut the clamps down to clear my accessories. It is not really made to but I got my bed extender to fit with Truxedos spacer kit.

WE had our cover installed professionally to be sure it was done correctly. The passenger side of the cover near the cab will not lock down properly. It poses a major problem as the wind could pull it up and the whole cover could rip off. They are sending us new latches which we will have to install ourselves. Don"t know if that will remedy the problem or not.

Love it because I never know what each day holds in store for me. Easy to access my tool box, or On the way home I may have to pick up something that may not quite fit under the cover so I just roll it up, if I had one of them hard covers that wouldn't work! Plus it gives you freedom of the whole bed when needed in just a few seconds.

I am not the best at putting things together. That said, this was easy to install, keeps my work stuff protected and has increased my mpg by about 2mpg. Looks great, kickin myself for not getting it sooner

A little bit flappy on the highway. I think I need to stretch the material a bit. Perhaps in the heat I'll stretch it so when it gets cool it will contract and be tighter. While I was waiting for the youtube video installation guide to load on my crappy phone my wife had 90% of this thing installed!

Hello, I have a 2007 Toyota Tundra, double Cab – Limited. I have a truxedo cover for the back and I’m looking for a rack system that will work without interfering with that system. Do you have anything that will work without wrapping inside the bed?

Does this cover lock?
Answered by Michael K. — Dec 29, 2011 5:18 PM
Hi Mike, the TruXedo latches on the inside of your truck bed. So, if you can lock your tailgate, the Tonneau cover is essentially locked, since the latch is in the bed. The easiest way to lock your tailgate is with the Pop & Lock Tailgate Lock: http://www.autoanything.com/hitch-bed-accessories/60A2797A0A0.aspxflag Accept Answer
