"Installation went smooth. I have Putco SS bed caps installed and although the web site said it would not fit with SS bed caps I had no problems with installation. Took about an hour total time. recommend using C-clamps or a helper to hold everything in alignment when installing the Truxedo clamp hardware."

"The appearance is good and the front flip up is great. But the installation and fit is not to good. I tried about six different ajustments but couldn't get it to fit right. If I would do it again I would buy a different cover."

"I never had seen how one of these covers went on so it was a new experience for me. It was really quite simple although another set of hands would have been nice. I had it figured out and installed in just about an hour. Looks great too."

"I couldn't be more pleased with this cover. Installation was very straight-forward. The fit is perfect. It seals tight, is easy to use from either end of the box, and looks terrific!"

Great cover! Truxedo is the Best, even w/ small Install Hiccups

"I love the cover. This is my second Truxedo. I bought the first one for my son and did ample research prior to that. When I noticed this new design with the flip up front...I knew this was for me. Shipment took about a week and a half to my door, install was longer than most...but not difficult. I had 2 small glitches during the install: 1- I wanted to leave the tie downs in place on the Tundra Rail system, I found that they interfere slightly with the cover framework and once left in place, and they cannot be easily moved or removed without removing the whole framework.
2- Once the framework was in place and aligned (per instructions), I found that the front latch would not engage, as the mechanism rested on the front bed rail. I had to remove the mechanism from the center rail (front framework portion of cover and move it to the next rail back. Once completed it worked fine.
A recommendation to the manufacturer would be to beef up the most rearward clamp on the Toyota Rail system, to keep it from sagging when the cover is rolled. I have to force the rear frame section into the side frames then close tailgate, followed by latching tonneau."

"The deuce cover was straightforward to install; it took me about an hour. It fits nicely; loks tight and seals well. I'm not yet sure about any gas milage changes; I was dissapointed to see that "mythbusters" had a show that claimed that my milage wan't change."

"The Truxedo Deuce has worked extremely well. I took a little effort to get it installed by myself and a little adjusting to get the fit correct, but I haven't had any problems since then. The front access is very handy and worth the extra money in my opinion."

"So far I Love the cover. It was extremely tight to begin with and somewhat of a PITA to get adjusted correctly. But now that is been on a couple of weeks and loosened a bit, it is awesome. I love being able to access the front or roll the rear forward. There is no bettre soft cover for the Tundra."

"Truxedo cover really looks nice and adds to my new Sierra. Directions were easy to follow, however the drawings in the directions left something to be desired."
