Description
Finally, a truck tool box designed to fit “under” your tonneau cover. The TruXedo TonneauMate mounts low in your truck bed without interfering with tonneau rails or the cover itself. Crafted of super-tough composite plastic with an aluminum frame, this rugged under-tonneau toolbox stows up to 200 pounds of tools, toys and gear.

I got the truxedo truck mate box and the deuce cover. They both together took about 3 hours to install with one helper. The cover and truck box work well together and look great. I have not been able to rain test the cover yet since it has not rained here yet.

I HAVE HAD ALOT OF TRUCKS AND TOOL BOXES AND COVERS,BUT IF YOU WANT A GREAT LOOK AND STILL BE ABLE TO SLIDE STUFF UNDER THE BOX,THIS BOX WITH THE TRUXEDO DUECE COVER IS SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While the box is nice, it does not work well with the tonneau cover ordered with it. The truck has no place to put the clamps all the way foreward. The Clamps for the cover interferre with the clamps for the box.

First off, it showed up at my door half a week earlier than I was expecting. It then took me and a friend about an hour and a half to read the instructions and install both the deuce and the toolbox! I am very pleased with the ease of installation and the quality of the product. Love the front access!

toolbox with tonneau cover
I have a 2004 chevy ext cab standard bed. I would like to purchase the Truxedo TonneauMate truck toolbox, but was also thinking about a rollbak cover. Will both of them work together, and which rollback cover would work the best with the toolbox. v/r shannon
