"We bought this same tonneau cover for a 2006 Tacoma and liked it so well that we bought another for our 2010 Tacoma. The installation is fairly straight forward and does not require special skills or tools. The cover fits properly and looks great. Having had one for almost 4 years I can tell you honestly that the older one looks as good as it did the day we bought it. One was for a 4 dr. truck with a shorter bed and this one was for an access cab with the longer bed. The mounting hardware is of top quality and well made to does the job for which it is intended. The "gift" seal strip is a great addition to the package which gives added protection from dust and moisture. Although our first Undercover tonneau cover didn't include the free seal, I intend to order one for it as well. Overall I would highly recommend this cover. You won't be disappointed if you get one of these."

"Great cover! Installed in about 45 minutes (In the Rain) one of the dust caps for the lock was broken when received but Undercover promptly sent me out a replacement lock with no hassle at all! Its a bit pricey but they all are. Very water tight!"

"1) This is a nice cover for the price. 2) Undercover included wrong installation manual inside the box. I ordered the tonneau for 2006 Tundra Access Cab but installation manual was for 2007+ Tundra Crew Cab. I was able to download the correct installation manual from Undercover's website. 3) Freight company was excellent. I was not home at the time of the delivery but the driver called me and even offered to come after 5pm to drop it off. Wow, what a great freight company! 4) This item is not heavy (55lbs?) but its bulky so it would help to have second person during installation. I did it without anyone's help and still took me less than 1 hour to install. 5) I have BedRug installed on my car but there was no interference. I didn't have to cut up my Bedrug. However, I had to use slightly different mounting locations for the front brackets. 6) Front side of the this tonneau cover is held on by O-rings. O-rings could potentially scratch the paint off the back of the cab so I've put on industrial hook and loop material I used to install my Bedrug to prevent the O-rings from coming in contact with the paint."

Almost perfect

"It took four days from order to delivery. The delivery process went very smooth and very professional. I have a UtiliTrac System Titan and the installation instruction was very clear and easy to follow (you can down load the instruction to look at before you buy at the Undercover website). The installation was straight forward until it's time to put the toneau on the bed. Make sure you have two people for the job, not for the weight, but the cumbersome of the unit. The cover fit like a glove once it situated. The only glitch was that the instruction asked for a 5 1/2" from the inside of the bulkhead to the end of the front brackets which resulted in a VERY tight space between the front latches and back of the cabin. I called Undercover and they said to adjust the bracket for fit, which I compromised at 5 3/4". Trust me, you need the space to put in the locking rings. I am going to replace the rings with something else though since it was difficult to remove and reinstall the darn things. A straight locking pin would make more sense for this application. In the Titan, this cover actually covers everything. It overlaps the bed rails and tailgate as an umbrella. It's been raining nonstop since I installed and so far, the bed stayed dry through all kinds of driving conditions. Have not tested it through high power car wash though. The lock mechanism are wonderful. Undercover put a three-LED light right at the attachment of the inside strap that used to pull down the cover was a nice touch. The light was not strong enough to lit up the bed, but enought to show where the strap is at night. The toneau opened easily with a light touch for the struts were doing their jobs wonderfully. To pull down for closesure did not require much strenghth either, just had to remember to close the tailgate before closing the toneau. Most important of all, the compliments kept on coming everywhere I went. For the price, it was the most bang for the buck in my opinion for your cover choices. I had a three-folding-piece cover"

"The Tonneau Cover is everthing I expected and was wanting in a cover. It was very easy to install the brackets and hardware to my Tundra rails. I have had to remove it a couple of times for hauling larger loads and was able to twith just me and my wife.. One concern was how dry things would remain during a downpour, after several heavy rains I have not seen the first bit of water under the cover. I would highly recommend this product!"

"This is the third undercover tonneau that I have had. When removed you do not have to be as concerned about cuffing as the painted ones. The new design is wonderful. The old design required key rings on the front. That has been replaced with hinges on the front which gives you a great look when installed. Easily installs takes two people to put on and off the truck not so much weight as size."

"Very good Quality. Installation is simple and quick - just as advertised. Opens and closes easily. When locked in closed position, keeps tailgate from being opened - a good feature. Only complaint is - the soft rubber "flap" that seals the front of the cover against the bed is too long and rubs against the back of cab - causes a strange noise when it is wet from rain. Wouldn't keep me from buying another if needed, but I will take the top off and trim the flap some day."

"In a word. WOW! I searched for quite some time to find the right Tonneau Cover. I wanted a hard cover that hinged and one that didn't leak!. All the reviews helped me make my decision and I made the right decision. It's all true. It's light weight. EASY TO INSTALL. Doubled sealed. Fits perfect. I installed it myself in less than an hour and only needed my 14 year old to help me lift it upright to get it on the hinges. When it comes time to remove, piece of cake! That only takes 5 minutes. I'm so happy with this product. Don't waste your time or money on a folding, rolling, vinyl, velcro or snapping cover. You want this rugged, light weight, easy to install, non leaking cover. I couldn't be any happier. Did I mention I now get better gas mileage with my truck? WOW! Thank You AutoAnything!!!"

"I received my Undercover in just a few days and the boxed shipment was in great condition and packaged very good. The installation was a breeze and I only needed a little help to easily place it on top of my trucks bed. After a little bit of tweaking and adjusting the Undercover fits perfectly. I have washed the truck with it on and there has been much torrential rain here in N.Louisiana for days without a bit of water getting inside. There is a nice little LED light built into the Undercover that is great when its dark and lights things up to a very usable illumination. The hardware is of good quality and I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. It is nice to have my stuff dried in and secured during the hunting season. It's everything it is supposed to be and more. I don't know if my gas mileage is any better yet, but I think it will be even if slightly. Don't worry about this Undercover if you are contemplating getting one, the reviews speak for themselves and the Undercover is a solid investment. By the way, it looks awesome on my Tacoma since all my trim is in black including fender flares. I would buy it all over again if I needed another one."

"After shopping around online for weeks, and not knowing if the covers would fit the small bed on my Ford Explorer Sportstrack, I found autoanything.com and was very exited when the first thing they did was ask what kind of vehical I owned. Realy gives you peace of mind to know that the product is specific to your vehical. As the the Tonneau itself, it looks great. The black matches my vehical and it looks like it was factory installed. The istallation was VERY simple once I got the plastic screws out of the bed. Overall, very professional, good looking, simple to install. I can't recomend this product enough."

"This cover is great. The benefits of having a hard cover for weather protection, touhness, etc are reasons to look at the Undercover. You get all these benefits. But what makes this cover great is that it addresses all the issues that might keep you from buying a hard cover. It is so simple to get off and is so lightweight it's like having a soft cover. These are the reasons I bought one. When I need to haul a load where the cover would be in the way I can pop this of in a few minutes! I highly recommend this product. I put it on my new 2009 Dodge Ram Quad Cab and it looks great."

"Looked at a lot of different covers. I'm sure I made the right choice. Local retailer wanted $899 (installed) for the cover alone. AutoAnything included a great cargo bar and tailgate seal for $220 less. Install took less than 20 minutes by myself in 100 degree weather. GREAT BUY you can not go wrong here!!!"

"I am pleased with the looks and fit of the cover. The locking systems is much better then I expected especially the fact that it locks over the tail gate. You do not have to buy an additional lock for the tail gate. A great feature is the light weight which allows easy removal and re-install. The only negative I would mention is the directions do not explain the need to adjust the placement of the rear brackets in order to get good contact for the locks. I installed it myself in about an hour even after having to fool around with adjusting the rear brackets."

"Received in perfect condition with all parts intact. Installation required a little imagination and mechanical aptitude. Pre-assembly of latch system was appreciated. Minor adjustment of latch assembly and mounting bracket was required to provide a secure hold-down of lid with latches. A little more vertical adjustment for the latches would have helped. Repositioning of the mounting brackets barely made the adjustment adequate to have a snug latch fit. Minor adjustment of one front mounting bracket was required to properly center the lid on the bed. By moving one bracket slightly, the tang was better positioned to allow the lid to be moved a little to one side. This is not a fault of the provided equipment or installation instructions, but did require a bit of mechanical thinking to rectify the situation. The tailgate-seal kit is a plus for the overall leak integrity. The instructions and pictures for the seal kit installation are a waste of time. You must use some imagination to determine the best method for installing. A simple guide to show the basic orientation of the seal would have been more helpful. I have had a major Louisiana rain storm test and there were no leaks. I am impressed. Thanks for a good design and a nice looking product for my 2006 Tundra. Bryan Sulphur, La"

"The tonneau cover is a good idea. It's relatively light weight (50-some lbs), yet strong. It looks really nice, too. I do have a few issues with it, however. The one I got had a couple defects. There was a large scratch on an edge and one of the clips that hold the struts when the cover is not on the vehicle was bent inward so that it couldn't be used. I expected it to be watertight seeing as how it is a single piece of plastic. That is not the case. The plastic itself doesn't leak, however, it leaks in the front around the hinges. The weather stripping there doesn't make a good seal around the hinge. Perhaps a little more weather stripping from the hardware store will fix it. Still for the price you'd think they would have put in a little bit more weather stripping."

"The cover was easy to install except that the bed liner on the truck had to be slightly modified. The way that the cover works, and looks, and fits is really outstanding."
