"I installed my Bedlocker with my brother, and it went smoothly. It works and looks great, but I wish it had more clamps. The very end of the rails stick up a little. They only stick up about 1/4" more, but I think more clamps should solve this. Overall I would recommend this cover to anyone who is looking for one. Everyone at work this it is very cool. Thanks"

"I really like the look and function of the cover. It was a pain in the butt to install by myself. The instructions are not very clear. Make sure you have a friend help. I am disappointed with the remote. I thought it would be the size of the one in the instructions. It is just smaller than a business card and is twice the size of a normal remote. I am happy overall. A little high priced."

"I Live in the U.K and have received my Bedlocker. I am very happy with the sevice i received from Auto anything. The Fitting was easy. i would highly reccomend this product. A Nissan Frontier is called a Nissan Navara D40 In the U.K"

"When buying this cover with the intention of installing it yourself, know this: You better have great intuition with this type of stuff. Their directions don't have a part list for you to work against, the illustrations are as light as they could be and I even had a whole section of lubricating that I could not do because the items it refered to did not have the parts they discussed. "Lightly rub the lubricant onto the seal inside of the track. Well, there wasn't a seal in the track. OH, and don't call them to tell them about a flaw in their product...it is in your truck. BUT, after all is said and done, even with the eneven rail on one side...the truck looks great!"

"I did a lot of research on tonneau covers before purchasing my Pace Edwards Bedlocker. It was easy to install but there were a lot of additional pieces in that had no instructions. My truck has a pueblo gold trim so i had the cover painted. I have received many compliments on the cover and a friend of mine bought the same cover."

Install It Myself

"Box came damaged, was worried unit was also, but no.....Installed it myself, what a pain!!!!!Instructions could be easier, not a one person job! Drain hoses don't fit, have to be JB welded. Unit noisier than expected. But I love it anyway!"

"I love this tonneau! Hard protective cover, close it and lock your tailgate- presto! You've got a huge locking trunk!!! Pretty easy to install to (much easier with a 2nd guy). I will never own a truck that I don't put this on (this is my 2nd!)"

"I like the ease of the install and it seems to operate well. I would like to see Pace Edwards design a rail that woul allow the removal and replacement of the crudy plastic ford rail covers. The Pace Edward aluminum rail is nice, but does not cover the holes left in the top of the bed rail if you remove the plastic before triing to install the bed locker. The whole thing just does not look good compared to another style from another company while I was travelling."

"The PA top is awesome. Easy to use, attractive and functional. Everyone wants to know where I got the cover and the cost. Never had those questions asked about previous tops. My only suggestion is that the side rails be contoured to fit the tapered truck body."

"I am very pleased with this product. The clean lines accent the truck well and the ease of use and functionality of the electric motor eliminate any impact on my poor health. The install took longer than predicted and I wish the electric motor/transmission operated quieter/smoother but the unit is performing as stated in the literature."

Nice Cover

"Installation required modification to the factory plastic bed "caps" but other than that was fairly simple. (The bed of the truck tapers slightly towards the back) The option for a switch, instead of only having a remote to control the cover, wasn't offered by AutoAnythiong, but is fairly simple to add and is a nice feature. Slotted rails "the Explorer Series" are a real plus."

"This cover is the best you can buy, It's easy to install and works great with the remote control. The only thing I found to be missing is there should be at least 2 more clamps, one on each side of the bed. Great cover though."

"It is the pimpest top around. I really get a lot of compliments and it visually matches my silver truck perfectly. Not the most water tight top, leaks around the edges a bit. Better than a tip up hard shell. A bit pricey."

"Fairly simple install. I did it alone and it took a little under 3 hours. A helping hand would of cut it in half. Love the cover. The low profile with the black make for a awsome look. Gets complimeted by all. I find it pretty secure only because my tail gate locks. The top is a little weak around the tailgate portion and could easily be accessed if you wanted to, but what couldn't? Noticed a slight improvment in gas milage and think I can actually feel a little less drag but that may be just me playign with my new toy. The service and shipping were amazing. I was taking a family vacation in 7 days and decided to take the truck but I needed something to secure our luggage in the bed. This was the perfect item. I found the bed locker but didn't think I would be able to get it in time. Told this to the salesman who had a manager call me back and we went over everything and he assured me that he could have it to me within my 7 day window and probably sooner. 3 days later it arrived. I am totally impressed with AutoAnything."

2006 Toyota Tacoma Long bed

"I love it! I had some problems with the install. The instructions do not tell you to remove the cab side factory tie down rail. This has to go else it won't fit. Much easier to do without the can in the way. Oh and be shure to use a T30 head because an allen wrench does not work! 4 hours to install with my wife's help. Meaning that I had to redo a few things when she left to make lunch. Remote lock for tailgate is not available from PE yet. They should have one early 07."

"Recieved the bedlocker promptly and though the box was a bit beat up, the packaging was perfect and the system was in excellent shape. The install took me the prescribed 1-2 hours and the materials were very high calibur. I called Tech Sevice late one day and they called me the next morning, AWESOME in today's world! Needless to say, the cover is great and gets the expected smiles when you hit the remote - first class operation, thanks to all!"

"The Bedlocker Tonneau Cover is great. It opens and closes smoothly on my Toyota Tacoma 2006. I dont have problems with the operation of the cover. At first, I had a slight difficulty with the installation, but once I got the whole picture of how it works, I installed it easily."
