Description

Sleek and stylish, the Gaylord's X2000 Tonneau Cover combines factory-original quality and revolutionary design. Its E-Z Lift hinge system requires 50% less effort to open and doesn't slam shut. The self-contained hinge comes with repositioned shock mounts for easier access into your truck bed.

Gaylord's X2000 Tonneau Cover is factory-color coded with a protective black trim edging, carpeted headliner interior dome light and nylon pull strap. An optional smooth trimless edge also is available. "Our tonneau cover was packaged in a very sturdy shipping container and arrived in perfect condition. The color match is perfect and we get a lot of comments on how good it looks. After my neighbor helped me put it on the bed, I did the rest of the installation by myself. There are a few adjustments that have to be made after its installed but its all pretty easy to figure out. We love it!"

"the instructions on where to install the spacers on the hinge saddles if your truck has bed caps very confusing. someone needs to redo instruction book with step by step & pictures to go by. also there are spots where the underside carpet had to be trimed from the outer painted edge."

"great paint job, it arrived with no damage. It was missing 2 out of 4 nuts that hold the cover to the lift. The cover will not sit all the way down on my truck due to the shocks and the lift design. BUT it falls under their spec."

"The tonneau cover looks pretty good, my only complaint is that the lock looks very cheap, it sticks up a little, and there is even a space between the bottom of the lock and the tonneau."
