"Though the installation was fairly simple the fit was somewhat dissappointing. The tonneau tends to flair up in the joints. Not a lot but, enough to be annoying to me. I'm hoping this will settle out over time."

"The cover arrived quickly. It installed just as easy as was shown on the video. It fit perfectly and looks good. Installing the Tailgate seal was quick and easy. The Retractable Strap was not part of the purchase when I placed my order, so I have no coment on it."

"I HAVE OWNED SEVERAL EXTANG TONNO'S, BUT THIS TRIFECTA IS THE VERY BEST. IF YOU WANT A TONNO THAT IS LIGHTWEIGHT,DURABLE AND EASY TO INSTALL, MAY I SUGGEST THE EXTANG TRIFECTA. IT COMES FULLY ASSSEMBLED IN THE BOX AND LIKE THE INSTRUCTIONS SAY, FOLD-OUT THE TONNO COMPLETELY OVER YOUR TRUCK BED, THEN ALIGN IT, TWO CLAMPS SECURE IT TO THE FRONT AND TWO TENSION CLAMPS SECURE IT AT THE TAIL GATE. "This is probally the best product that I have bought for my truck. My 1988 chevy silverado has just been restored and this added the perfect look. It is very easy to take off and install. Completely water tight and versatile. I'm very, very satisfied."

"Easy to install, easy to use. Fully open, it's a bit difficult to reach the center under the rear window, but no big deal, I had the same issue with a solid lifting bed cover, at least the tri-fold design allows functionality of the bed light. Seems very stiff and doesn't billow in the wind. No leaking w/o optional seal installed, may not even need it since it's a tight seal when I close the tailgate...make sure it locks shut."

"The cover was sent with directions for a Toyota and I have a Ridgline. The rail was not drilled in the proper place and I had to drill hole larger so it would line up. I called AutoAnthing and they said I had to call the manufacturer. The easy installation took about 2 hrs with phone calls and emailed directions."

"Purchased the Trifecta Signature for my Colorado Crew Cab. Previous vechicle had the extang vinyl tonneau. I like the canvas look much better. So far no leaks and am not expecting any. Installation was extremely easy. I would recommend this unit for anyone."

"I've had it for 3 weeks now. Went down south for vacation. It kept my luggage dry. I bought the signature series and its very nice. Well worth the money! It fits my Nismo Frontier perfectly. I didnt have to remove the utili-trac, just use the provided clamps."

"Installation was quick, Fit is great, and it looks great. The only concern / problem is the front tie downs are tough to attach - I would rather see some kind of spring loaded attachment like in the back"

"I have a 2009 Nissan Frontier with the utili track system. The install for this cover is really very simple and requires one tool (supplied by manufacturer). It is also very simple to remove in a hurry. I have since taken the cover on a 1500 mile trip around Georgia and Florida and it performed flawlessly-survived major rainstorms with not one drop of water in the bed, and it also survived highway speeds without a problem. Gas mileage improved slightly, but not %10. Would definitely recommend for protecting the bed and contents. Only problem I had was getting the product delivered-manufacturer was backed up."

Great Cover

"This is the second Extang Trifecta folding cover I have purchased. The first was in 2006 for my Toyota Tundra double cab. My current one covers my Ford F-150 Platinum 6' bed. The first one served me very well, but had signs of a potential issue(one corner was wrinkled and tight). Durability, no leaks in the bed, good fit, easy on/off, and well priced. It did have a slight tear in the rubber seal on that one corner that started after about 9 months of ownership, but it didn't get any worse and didn't affect the water seal at all. So far (2 months old), this current cover has exhibited all of the benefits that the first one did, except for the tear or signs thereof. The only thing is that it doesn't look as though it fits as nice on my F-150 as it did on the Tundra. I think it is because of the tailgate on the Ford. The tailgate has the built-in step which slightly insets from the top of the rest of the tailgate. The Ford tailgate also bows out a little in thickness instead of being square. This doesn't affect the water tightness any, but it does look a little funny. Any squared off cover would look the same, which I believe would be all of them. The only real issue I had with the first one seems to have been fixed with the new version. The clamps actually stay in the frame when folding the cover I chose this over the solid fold mainly due to the price. I saw a small model of the solid fold and its looks reminded me of a small cooler chest one takes on barbecues or the beach. The solid fold also seems to sit awfully high compared to his one. If security was the issue, I would have went with the solid fold. I would and have recommended this to others."

"I have had two other xtang covers over the life of my truck's 11 years and wanted to stay with the Xtang brand. The only issue I had with the others was the problem of the outside tempurature- I live in the northeast and I never wanted to unfold the cover because I needed a warm place to get it back on so the cover would stretch. This cover is great because there is no stretching and if I want to take it off completely that is easy too and it folds into a compact size. I do have to get used to the two folds on the side where the others were seamless- a minor issue of my own. Anyway, the cover looks good, it makes my truck (which is in great shape for it's age) look good and it is practical."

"I can not say enough good things about the Trifecta Folding Tonneau cover. I have had the snap/velcro type tonneau covers in the past and have been always been disappointed in how they looked and worked. I was all set to purchase a "hard type" pick up bed cover when my son convinced me to look at the Extang Trifecta. I purchased the Extang Trifecta and it arrived in perfect shape with no shipping damage (great packaging). I installed the cover in 10 minutes or less. My wife has used my truck and can not get over how easy it is to fold/unfold the cover. I have had people commenting on how sharp my truck looked the first day that I installed the cover."

"Very satisfied with this cover. Quick shipping. I put it on my Toyota Tacoma within 20 minutes. Very easy to install the clamping system that fits right on the existing bed rails. Once the cover was adjusted properly, little to no rain has penetrated the bed. So far the cover has kept my gear dry through 5 torential downpours. Great product and I would recommend it to anyone."
