"I love my new BakFlip G2. It was easy to install in my Chevy Colorado. I had to make a minor cutout of the tail gate bedliner to prevent an interference with the mounting rail. Other than that, it was installed in one hour and is working great. Have had several rains and no leaks. Love it."

"I like the cover a lot. Installation was a breeze and it operates as advertised. A little less convenient than the roll-n-lock I had on my last truck but for half the money it's definitely a winner. Takes up much less bed space in the open space which is nice. Gas savings will pay for the cover with my commute. Highly recommend this cover."

"Top is nice, easy to install but I have a leaking issue. The top does not cover the rear corners of the bed. The company is sending me out some weather stripping and I am going to try this to seal the two holes that are in the tailgate area. The company as well as this supplier were very helpful. One last thing if you have bed rails and you lower them with their kit, put the bolts through the rail and the nuts on the back of their plate. That way you can still use the tie downs in any position. Great product would definitely buy again. By the way this is installed on a 2010 Tundra Limited Crew Max"

"This cover is awesome ! I used to have a Dodge "Soft Top" with the snaps. Only problem was that if the temperature dropped below 80 deg. you couldn't resnap them. I had to physically crawl inside the truck bed to remove objects. With this cover, you pull the cords and the latches disengage (on every panel except the third). Well built out of aluminum and durable. Minor rub was that some of the edges were unfinished (sharp) and the drilled holes still had flashing on them. I matched the cover up with the Pop & Lock Tailgate lock so now I have a nice secure area to place valuables. I also purchased separately from AA, the BAK Bed X-Tender, which when rotated, prevents all the valuables in the truck bed from sliding."

"I literally installed this in 15 minutes, including getting it out of the box.
The underside had a big dent in one of the panels, but luckily it was on the inside, so I don't really care. If it was on the outside I would have been bummed. I think dents and impressions might be easy to make in the panels so I will be cautious about that.
Great design! I can still use my bed. Love it."

"The package came in good shape with excellent insulation to prevent damage. Instructions were good. ONLY problem I had was trying to decide which way the top itself went on when I had the side rails up. Solved that problem by unfolding it. VERY EASY to install! I think I got a better top than I expected. It lookes more like the HD model rather than the G2. It seems to have metal on top and bottom rather than plastic.
Took a 600 mile round trip. It rained HARD both ways. Had over six inches at our destination. The G2 did not leak a drop! So far, I'm really impressed.

"One suggestion-- 3/4" to large to pass through drain
hole in bed floor of GMC truck. I suggest you consider
a 3/8" rubber hose which is large enough for the volume
of water tracked in the tray.
Thanks,

"I debated over whether to get this cover or a soft cover for about $300 less. Overall I am glad I went with the BakFlip. It's looks fantastic on my Ridgeline. Almost like it was designed by Honda themselves. It was a snap to install, and even easier to fold/unfold.
My only complaint is that it leaks more than I would like when raining. I think I probably saw about a cup and a half of water in the bed after the last storm. Not enough to be a major issue, but more than I would like honestly. However, I haven't made any attempts to fill-in any gaps along the front or edges of this thing, so doing that would probably make a difference.
AutoAnything delivered very quickly and I have had no issues with their service. Good company."

"As with all my purchases, Auto Anything was great. The cover arrived at my destination sooner than expected, Thanks. The cover itself is perfect I had it installed in a half hour no problems at all. It fits perfect I can have it folded up behind the cab in 30 seconds. Looks great on the truck I like the inside the bed fit. I did not use the drain tubes and during a rain storm there was maybe a few teaspoons of water inside the bed, I can live with that. I actually had almost went with the Undercover Tonneau cover and am now glad I went with the BAK flip, thanks again."

"After much research I chose the BakFlip cover for my 2003 Tundra because of its ability to open up the whole bed quickly and easily.
Installation took only 20 minutes after reading the instructions once. The only thing I did that wasn't in the instructions is add a blob of clear RTV at the joint between the top front of the bed liner and the bed rail cover. A friend saw the cover and immediately ordered one for himself. Great product."

"I was absolutely right about this tonneau cover. I did a lot of research and decided to go with the Bak Flip G2 and I was right. It is so easy to install, and it looks really good, looks strong, and its flushed to the truck bed. I haven't tested it in the rain yet since it is summer, but I am confident this cover will do go in the rain as well. Overall I am pretty happy with this product and it is highly recommended."

"I work constuction, so I have a lot of tools. I didn't want a tool box in the back of my new truck. The cover looks great and with the notches in my bed liner I was able to divide the back half with a 2x4 so I can keep my tools from sliding around. My only hope is that the rubber gaskets last."

"My install was for a 2006 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner Dbl Cab. Therefore, the mounting rails were slightly different than for other trucks. Yes you do lose the use of the tie down rails. The install was easy. Only needed a couple wrenches.
The only issue I have is with the 3/4" drain tubes. The Tacoma liner is different and I'm not quite ready to drill 3/4" holes in the bottom of the bed or up in the corner shelves. Considered going to local hardware store to see if can use smaller tubing with adapters. Still debating what to do.
Overall, it looks great and functions properly. No cheap construction. I like the product. Added a lock to the tailgate to finish off the project."

"i'm not the handiest guy so i had my brother in law help me with installation. it would have gone smoother had i not forced open the cover. i didn't realize it had snapped down onto the rail. as a result, when i forced it open, i popped the rivet out of the bracket that controls the opening and closing of the cover. It's hard to describe without seeing it yourself. Anyways, my brother in law had a rivet gun and fixed it no problem and the rest of the installation went easy. The whole thing would have been done in under an hour if not for my mess up. It looks great and is easy to use. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone. since installing it, I've already folded it back and used the bed to carry 2 twin size mattresses and box springs at once with one strap to tie it down.....make sure you understand how the cables work to open each flap before you force anything like i did."
