Had one with my other Truck and I loved it. When I got my new to me 2013 F-150 I had to have another one. Keeps water, dust etc out. You can install it in less than 5 minutes with no tools, and it looks great on the truck..........

This is my second Extang Solid Fold Cover. The first was about 8 years old when I traded the truck. It has become dented, the paint was chipped, and the seals leaked. I purchased the Solid Fold 2.0 because it is easy to install (very easy) and the problems with the earlier mode were advertised to be fixed. So far, it is too soon to know about denting and chipping but I can tell you that this cover is water tight. The new surface material seems like it will resist denting and chipping.

Love the look and the ease of installation. They are a solid construction cover and will not more while going down the road. The only thing I gold like to see different is they could be 1 or 2 inches wider and 2 to 3 inches longer to keep the moisture out. I ran my pickup through the car wash and had more than a couple of cup full of water in the bed.I think the leaks were from where he topper folds open.

I originally tried to purchase a soft vinyl folding cover from another source but encountered a problem with shipping (not the seller's fault). I was then going to purchase a folding hard cover from AutoAnything. After an online chat with a representative from AutoAnything (he was really helpful and answered all of my questions in words and photos) I purchased the Extang 2.0 and am glad I did. I love my cover.

Installation was simple and fast. I thought the back latches secure better but are spring loaded for tension. If buckwheat wants in it he will because there is too much play to open with bare hands.
