Directions leave something to be desired. I pieced it together via the directions and a couple of youtube videos. I managed to do this solo, and at night in about 2 1/2 hours. Having a buddy to help is suggested but not required. Overall, I would buy again and recommend. It operates as desired and the look of it is seamless. The quality seems to be top notch. Time will tell. Note: I have spray in bedliner and it did not affect the install or fitment.

The cover kept our luggage, etc... dry and locked up tight! We had no worries about our cargo! If we would have trimmed our truck bed liner like the directions suggested, the install would have taken less time to install than it did. Looks very nice!!!

This cover looks great! It is highly functional in meeting my needs. I love it. I have always had access to a truck but have never driven one as a primary vehicle. I just got a new crew cab Sierra and enjoy it. However, I couldn't adjust to not having a protected cargo area for security and weather. This filled that need perfectly. It's easy to open and close. It is of the highest quality and aesthetics. Installation instructions are lacking. Use your good sense in each step over the instruction

The BAK Rollback G2 is a great value. It does not have the features of some of the others, but is great for the money. Installation was no problem, but did have one issue. It comes from factory with shims installed on the inside of rails. These had to be removed for proper fit on my 1500. I did not realize until I had installed, then had to take apart and redo. Instructions are simple, Youtube install video is a plus.

The Unit did not roll back as far as I had hoped. Short bed GMC to begin with. I love the unit but was upset that the rounded housing the roll goes back int o was torn. I do not think it will effect operating the unit. It was to much trouble to send it back after unpacking it.

The metal in left side rail was too short, causing the cover not to lock on that side. We contacted Bak and they advised us to try loosening screws and moving it. We plan to try that this weekend. Hopefully that will resolve the issue

Great product and concept, exactly what I was looking for. I just wish I had (known about) watched the video of the installation prior to installing, would have been much easier.
