I really like how the cover looks on my 2014 Silverado. It took a few adjustments to get it to roll up nicely. Now that everything is set, it works perfectly. I would recommend watching an installation video first. I did the install alone, but it would be good to have a friend help. Overall, I am happy with the cover. I will see how it holds up once we get some snow here, and that is usually at least a foot at a time.

The Bak Industries packaging could be improved. The box was crushed when I took delivery. However the damage was limited to the cardboard carton. The installation instruction are for pre 2014 models. Hardware shown in the instructions & videos are different then whats shipped. You will have to call customer support to get a better understanding of the hardware. I experienced trouble with it rolling back into the canister. Customer support email is non existent. Trouble with top rolling back in.

I have a new GMC Denali, and wanted a lid that I could, cover my items, but be able to retrieve them easily.I looked at many different ones, and found out none of them was perfit, but this one is close to it.It really gives my Denali alittle boost,as if a Denali needs any,but I really like it,and it works great, took me a few minutes to get it adjusted, perfitly, but I got it,and other than,my grandson helping me sit it on the hanger,I did the rest by myself.

First and foremost, watch videos and read installation then call tech support. It's the only way you'll figure installation. Quite pathetic how instructions are so vague and components received different. The top looks sharp and states 500 lb distributed load. I like to see if they can match their statements. My 130lb wife made this thing buckle. Don't believe the hype. Only get this thing for looks because it leaks everywhere along the side rails. Canister and tailgate.

throw away the paper and watch the Video, but neither show everything ! You might want to drill the holes for the 2 drains first while you have the room. It took 2 of us 2 hours, one to read and one to do the work, Good Luck !!

I have previously owned a Bak Flip F1 and loved it but with my new truck decided to upgrade to the Rollbak G2. Best decision I could have made. Installation was easy...especially after watching a video first. Works great and get continuous compliments on it.

Canister for the cover to retract into takes se space from the front of your bed, if you plan to put an ATV in your bed I would not plan on being able to have it directly up against the canister either. I am happy with the overall water "proof ness". Car wash and rain showers will only allow a small amount of water in. I am concerned though that a spring wet snow that left 4" on the cover, as it melted there was water dripping through the cover practically everywhere. Operates perfect though
