I would recommend this cover to anyone who wants to add a "clean" look to there truck. Installation took me about an hour and a half. It's great to put my tools in the back of my truck and not have to worry about them.

Installation took about an hour and a half. All parts were included and there were no unexpected problems. The only thing that slowed me down was the instructions. In one part it said to tighten down the stops you had installed in the previous step, but the instructions did not mention anything about stops being installed. I looked on-line at the instructions and apparently the previous version had you install the stops, but mine had the stops already installed. Other than 5 or 6 minutes of re-reading to make sure I didn't miss anything, and the internet research, the install went perfectly. I knew I wanted a Jack Rabbit as my dad has one on his truck and loves it. I love mine now also. Sylish and functional on my 06 4x4 Chevy 2500HD crew cab.

This cover looks great, installation wasnt bad but required a little modification as the clamps dont work well with my truck. It is watertight enough, leaks a little at the tailgate but that was expected.

Installed covers on both my sons 2008 Silverado 2500HD short bed and my 2008 Silverado 2500HD short bed. First truck took about 1 hour and a half to install. The second cover took less than an hour. Rather easy once you know how to install the side rails to the canister. Good product and nice looking. Paul

The instructions were very good and two of us installed it without any problems. Works like a charm. A tip on spring replacement; Remove the covers off the rear of the rails (one pop rivit to drill out on each) roll the cover back untill it sticks out the rear, appx a foot. Then you can remove the screws and the spring assembly without taking everything off the truck. Install the new spring assem. wind up spring, screw down cover and this is very easy to do also.

Didn't really have any trouble installing the cover, but I had read the reviews in the online catalog and was careful to look close. Love the cover, but at 75 mph the wind really makes it bounce.
