It looks great on my 2008 F-150. It was hard to snap the snaps on the night because it was 25 degree's outand very cold out. So great deal from auto anything and the cover is great but if you buy it install it on a warm day or in your garage.

wow was worth every penny.

My truck is an '05 F-150 SuperCrew, w/o mods. The hold down clips with the cover were the wrong ones. Called and wait a week for what were supposed to be the correct ones. But these didn't come close to fitting. Called again and again with measurements of cover rails. After verifying rails were cut to correct lengths, they shipped me a another set of longer clips which took another week. Combining clips from both sets, I was able to attach cover. Best placement of clips I was able to achieve does not seem to be optimal for rib placement. So it seems to me Extang has some work to do for my series of trucks. I have my doubts about how water tight rails are to box. You can see daylight between rails and truck box where it overlaps angle at tool box. Extang CS was very helpful, but the whole ordeal took 4 weeks from order to install. OBTW, be sure and count the snaps on the rails, before you attach. I was short one on each side. Extras were included, but still a pain to add after everything is bolted down.

Need to find some foam rubber pads about 5/8" thick and about 20" x 4" to raise up my low profile toolbox. One of the seals on L bracket was damaged, Extang is replacing it.

I like the way it closes the gap or openining you have between the tool box and the tailgate. It also helps take some of the drag off while running down the road and does help with gas mileage. There is also times you put things back there you don't want getting wet or blown out.And then if you need it off roll back cover loosen four clamps and take off. Just as simple to put back on.

Missing Parts Prevent Installation

My tonneau from Extang arrived timely about two weeks ago and had two right side frame sections and no left side frame section. I am still waiting for the missing part from Extang. I called them after the first week and was told it would ship "tomorrow" via FedEx. Meanwhile after another week, I have paid in full, yet have receiveth not. I hope the Extang Tonneau will be worth this added aggravation.
