This is my 3rd one i had them on a Titan, Silvarado, and now Toyota. I think they are the best thing out there. However on the Toyota water leaks in due to tailgate designed. As far as ordering from AutoAnything it was nice and easy, but my product was damage I found out after I installed it and the warranty did not cover it. I got $100.00 from auto anything and a lid from roll n lock I wasn't happy. Before you install inspect the product

As most other posts attest, the instructions are very poor. This has been the complaint for years, yet the problem still exists. After calling one of the reps for clarification of a installation step I was on, I don't foresee any change taking place because they don't acknowledge there's a problem. Parts aren't labeled and some should be, such as Up/Down (track brackets),Right/Left (tracks). I detest trial and error.

This is my fourth roll n lock cover. I purchased two last year one for myself and one for my oldest son. We both love them. This year I purchased two more since I gave my youngest son my truck and purchased anew one, I needed one for my new truck and purchased one for my middle son. I didn't, even look at other options since we liked the first ones so well. They are easy to install and look great and so handy for any situation from hauling large items to small items that need to be concealed or locked up. I have had many people ask about them when you are out shopping or just see them in a parking lot come up and ask where we got them or if we liked them. We always give them a good recommendation. Nice to find a product that meets or beats you,re expectation.

After opening the box of the bedcover just before installation I discovered four areas that appeared bent. A pair of pliers solved the first one while the other three places were on the bar used to close the cover to the tail gate. The installation and instructions were flawless and a breeze. Once I finished the installation and secured the cover to the tailgate it looked great, but it was obvious that the bent areas on the closing bar was a defect and not intended to be there. I contacted Roll-n-Lock customer service at the number that came with the bedcover. This was the first time in my life that I felt good after talking with the representive Mr. Bill Marr who stated that the item was probably damaged during shipping and I could just ship it back and he would send me another one. After explaining to him that I had just installed the cover he gave me the option that he would remake the damaged part and ship it to me with instructions and I could replace it, which was great, and I just received it. For once you call a company and get a real live person who knows what you are talking about and works with you to fix the problem without blamming you the buyer/installer or the shipping company so that you have to file a claim for a resolution. "Cudos to Roll-n-Lock, a Great Company with Great Customer Service and a Great Product".
