- Very pleased with the sealing system - Installation was pretty straightforward - The only gripe I have is that water/snow/freezing rain gets in the veyr back of the bed where the tailgate meets up with the corner of the back panel of the cover. Other than that, this cover works great. This cover is for a 2013 Ford F-150 with an 8' bed

Great cover. Fits great, seals out weather. Only complaint is instructions were poor, took me some time to figure it out. Could be packaged better, some small pieces broken in shipment.

First cover I received was damaged aluminum bent at the factory. second was delivered in a timely manor and great condition. Would have liked the back section hinge of the cover to mount down as well as the front . You can lift it up on the side to see whats inside. Why design it that way? Front hinge locks down so does back of tailgate!

Installed this cover by my self. I am 65 years old; shakey hands but managed to install this by my self in less than 30 minutes. Just need the simple tools listed in instructions. Looks great and has gotten many comments.

Super easy to install, definitely a 2 person job. Love the key mechanism that sets itself to use the ignition key to lock the cover. The way it is installed it would be easy to lift the cover off if full bed usage was needed. Top is shiny and slick very classy looking. Ran it through an automatic car wash and the bed was wet, but that is the extreme water case. It hasn't rained since I installed the cover so I can't comment on regular water. Overall very satisfied with the bed cover.

Love the new Encore cover. Little pricey but it's the cover I wanted. Shipping from AutoAnything was great and on time. Customer service when I called them with question was superb.

After looking around a little online, it seemed like Extang was the pnly way to go, and i havent been disappointed. The quality of construction is solid, no jiggle at speeds, and the access is great to both front and rear. There is a bit of squeaking over bumps, the seal isn't entirely waterproof (I wouldn't transport unwrapped candy in my bed, but really it's pretty watertight), and installation took a little fine tuning and shimmying, but ended up looking great and working very smoothly. All minor complaints aside, i cant give the Encore less than 5 stars because it does everything i wanteD it to, keeping the elements out while giving easy access To gear, and solid Value for The (slightly high) price. I'd definitely recommend the Encore.

The new Encore Cover fits great and looks great! It was easy to install with the help of one other person. While it is not water proof, it stays mostly dry even in an all day rain. The only recommendation I have is to put a piece of metal across the openings where you pull the release cable. I used a piece of aluminum angle iron. It is still easy to reach in and open, but prevents someone from sliding a coat hanger under the cover and snagging the cable.
