Retrax RetraxPRO Tonneau Cover Reviews

RetraxPRO Tonneau Cover

Reviewed By Frank R (Palm Coast, FL) Reviewed for a 2011 Ford F-150 —11/1/2011 12:59 PM

After much research I decided to go with the RetraxPRO cover and I am very glad I did. It is very strong and longs awesome on my truck. After I damaged a piece connected to the locking device, I called Applied Products, the makers of the RetraxPRO cover, to order a replacement part after I explained to Janelle, a customer service representative, that I damaged the locking device. Janelle was great! She gave me detailed directions on what I needed to do to replace the lock and stated it would shipped out at the end of our phone call. When I attempted to give her my credit card information Janelle stated, "Don't worry about it, we just want you to be happy with your new RetraxPRO cover." High quality product with great customer service.

Great Product

Reviewed By Robert W (Nelsonville, WI) —10/30/2011 2:17 PM

I recommend this cover to anyone who needs to open and close their cover during snow season. It just works. My only issue is that it doesn't lay as flat on the bed sides as I would like. I am open to suggestions on how to remedy this. More clamps might help. I like the new lock cover. Great idea. This is my third cover of this kind. I am sure the price scares people away but I would not suggest cutting corners to make it cheaper. The directions were adequate but as a guy more pictures always helps. Thanks for listening, Bob
