Cover was easy to assemble. Definitely need a second person to load into truck bed. Looks great!

The installation was not easy. You need two people. Setting the correct distance for the hinges was the hardest. One thing I don't like about the cover,is that you need two hands to open, one hand to turn the lock the other to lift the cover. My other undercover had a lock on each corner and as long as the locks were open you can lift the cover with one hand. This makes a big difference when you are carrying something, you'll have to set it down first. otherwise it's nice and I'm happy.

I replaced a Roll 'n Lock cover that had been damaged by hail (broken vinyl covering). I selected the TCUSA Tonneau because it has powder coated slats and no vinyl, which should be A-OK for this hail-prone area. I was, however, reluctant to give it 5 stars overall since my bed was wet after a recent rainstorm. I gave it the benefit of the doubt that the water in the truck bed might have been condensation and not necessarily a leak. So far, so good!
