2013 F250 Short Bed

Reviewed By Tim C (Puyallup, WA) Reviewed for a 2013 Ford F-250 —6/11/2015 4:00 AM

This is going to be used for carrying cleaning products for traveling. The size is perfect to fit under the fifth wheel, and opens easily. During installation of the self-drilling/ tapping screws into the bed rail pocket, the first one snapped well before the screw was fully in. I replaced the screws for the bed rail pockets with 1/4 inch bolts with lock nuts and area washers (taking the taillight off gave access for the nuts.

Although I have nothing to compare this hard cover with since this is my first one, I can say that I'm very pleased with the quality and fit. It looks very nice. If I had a complaint, it would be the gasket around the edges in terms of how large and bulky it is. Then again, we'd be complaining if it leaked. I'm very happy with my cover and would highly recommend it.

The fit and ease of installation really shows how well they thought this product out. One person can install the mounting brackets in just 20 minutes, and then all you need is someone to help set the cover in place. Two screws to attach it to the bracket and you are done. If you follow the instructions and are careful on the placement of the brackets no further adjustments are necessary.
