Cold weather and customer service

I've owned my seal 'n' peel cover for a little more than a year now. I live in Michigan and was hoping to find a soft cover that could still be used through the winter. I am pleased to say that I was able to remove/replace my cover in 20deg weather without issue. It looks great, rolls out of the way easily, and seals up tight (no rain or snow ever and the only dust that made it in came in around the tailgate). I would highly recommend this cover to anyone, it's far better than any I've used.
I did have one minor problem with it. The rubber tip to one of my bows cracked and fell off. The bow was fine and everything still worked, just the replaceable tip broke. I called Lund to find out about getting a new one and discovered that they have a lifetime warranty on it so they sent me a whole new set of tips for no charge and without any questions/grief.
