This is my second Roll-N-Lock. The first one was professionally installed. It survived the hot Texas sun for 6 years with just washing and an occasional spraying with 303 Aerospace Protectant. Looked like new.
I decided to try self installation the second time around. It worked very well, but was complicated by my decision to keep my existing, over-the-rail bedliner. The instructions tell you to remove the over-the-rail portion of the liner, but I kept mine and just made cutouts for the Roll-N-Lock clamps and spacers. It worked fine, once I figured out what I was doing.
The Roll-N-Lock is expensive, but it is the very best thing going, in my estimation, and is well worth the price. It's weather tight, and the security it provides is superb!
