Extang Trifecta Folding Tonneau Cover Reviews

Good Value

Reviewed By Lincoln Y (West Liberty, OH) Reviewed for a 2000 GMC Sonoma —9/29/2011 2:34 PM

I am happy with my purchase of the Extang Trifecta Folding TOnneau Cover. It looks decent on my GMC Sonoma and works for what I need it too. I had a few difficulties installing it because I have a bed liner. I had to cut holes in the liner, so the cover would fit correctly. It obviously wasn't made for a bed liner, but I managed. It is very difficult to open and close, because the bed liner is in the way, and you have to pull really hard on the handles to open and close the cover. Apart from these cons, I am still happy I bought this product and it will serve the purpose I intended it for.

Easy installation, very easy access to the bed

Reviewed By Jamie W (JERSEYVILLE, IL) Reviewed for a 2013 Dodge Ram —5/4/2016 7:29 AM

Much MUCH easier to access the bed with the tri fold than with the Peel and Seal I had before. However, I don't like the way the cover has a "bump" on the edges at the first fold. Other than that it seals great and was super easy to install.

BAKFlip Install on 2016 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab

Reviewed By Paul I (SANTA FE, NM) Reviewed for a 2016 Toyota Tacoma —5/4/2016 6:43 AM

This is a well engineered product. I did a good deal of research on competing products. The BAKFlip FiberMax was the obvious choice. The install took me about 2 hours as I took my time with each step of the install. The instructions were clear. This product looks a bit sleeker than the Toyota OEM product. it is less of a toneau cover and more of an engineered hard cover. No leaks so far.
