Good cover for Honda Ridgeline compared to other options

Reviewed By Travis H (Columbus, GA) Reviewed for a 2007 Honda Ridgeline —6/10/2012 11:52 AM

The cover is good for what I need. The other reviews were correct about the instructions not being enough, so proceed with some patience and thoughtfulness if you buy this thing. It keeps the bed sealed up pretty good -- it's rained several times since I installed it and nothing has gotten through. The only issue I think I have with this cover is that it doesn't lock. It shuts and "locks" in place, but not with a key or anything truly secure. Overall, a good purchase for the money.

Love it!

This is so convenient! You really need 2 people to install the cover. Side rails are easy, but the top is kind of heavy (for a girl). I managed, but it was a little difficult. I love the flexibility of the panel sections. I do hope that the cables that release the sections last, though. They do seem a little touchy and I sometimes fear I will pull them "out of service." Overall rating, though is excellent. Autoanything has also been great to work with. This is my second purchase. Still quite happy.

Honda Ridgeline From up north

Reviewed By Gordon D (Holland Patent, NY) Reviewed for a 2007 Honda Ridgeline —8/3/2009 5:40 AM

Had some trouble with mating the side rails to the main cannister especially the left side. After much cussing I got it on. The right rail slid right on. Also the upper rail screws were very difficult to install. Another problem was the screws furnished for the rear rail brackets were not the right ones, luckily I had my own screws to complete the project. Took approx 2 hours to complete by myself.
