a real quality cover, took about 3 hours to install. i took my time and didn't rush anything.i had to drill the drain holes in the bed because the bed liner didn't have any. everything went together fine.i did use my wife to help position the canister and install the rails.I'm very satisfied with it.looks great.Hank

RetraxPRO MX on 2016 Tundra Crewmax

Reviewed By chad R (KENNESAW, GA) Reviewed for a 2016 Toyota Tundra —7/21/2016 1:39 PM

I purchased the RetraxPRO MX for my Tundra as I wanted a roll up Tonneau Cover that was made of aluminum. I also liked that I could lock the cover in any position to allow for different situations when hauling items for the home. The cover was easy to install by myself and works very well. My truck had the oem tie down rails and the cover uses these in a very simple way to mount to the bed. The only down side is I can not longer remove the tie downs on the rail, but they are still adjustable.

Happy for the most part.

Reviewed By Shane H (Center Point, IA) Reviewed for a 2016 Chevy Colorado —7/13/2016 8:34 PM

Was told by the chat that this cover had a hard coating to the top rather than a vinyl cover like what it looked like in the pictures. Got it delivered and it was a vinyl/pleather/cloth type covering and NOT a hard coating like what I was told. We put it together outside the truck and then placed it into the back of the truck, which seemed to be easier. Had to increase the size of the holes in the box to fit the drain hoses.
