Very easy install, took only about 10 minutes. Looks great and was a fair price to boot.

I had a cheap one piece cover that blew off, when I forgot to tighten down the rear clamps. This cover can't do that. I also like that you can walk on it, flip it up in sections, and it sticks above the bed side, instead of being flush. I installed it, by myself, in 15 min, on a 20°F day.

I've had this tonneau for about 7 months now and overall, I'm happy with my purchase. The fit is good, I have not noticed any water getting to the bed of my truck, and I never hear it while I'm traveling down interstate. It's very low profile and sits just flush with the top rail of my truck bed which is exactly what i was looking for. The only reason I gave an 'average' rating on 'ease of installation' is because you have to install 6 brackets along the utility track (3 on each side) in order to install the tonneau itself. There are no instructions provided on how to install these brackets, but I got it figured out. Also, there was a part missing when i went to install the tonneau, which was very frustrating. I called Extang to send me the part, but when it got to me they had sent the wrong one (very frustrating once again). I called again, got the right part sent and got it installed. The tonneau was a little too tight at first, but I was able to easily adjust it by loosening the spring at the cab end of my truck bed. One thing to consider if you're buying one of these for a Nissan with a utility track system is that you will essentially NOT be able to use any of the accessories (bed divider, bed extender, etc.) for your utility track. THis is because the brackets mentioned earlier block the track itself. You can use the track accessories, but you will not be able to slide them along the track but a foot or so, and you will not be able to attach/detach them without taking off the brackets for the tonneau. This wasn't a deal breaker for me, but I don't use my utility track accessories all that much anyway. the other thing I like about this tonneau is that you can very easily roll it up to the cab when needed for hauling larger items in your truck. Since the tonneau is low profile, you lose some height while it is covering the bed. About the tallest thing I can put in my bed with the tonneau on is your standard sized cooler with about 1/4" left to spare.
