I love the cover. This is my second Truxedo. I bought the first one for my son and did ample research prior to that. When I noticed this new design with the flip up front...I knew this was for me. Shipment took about a week and a half to my door, install was longer than most...but not difficult. I had 2 small glitches during the install: 1- I wanted to leave the tie downs in place on the Tundra Rail system, I found that they interfere slightly with the cover framework and once left in place, and they cannot be easily moved or removed without removing the whole framework.
2- Once the framework was in place and aligned (per instructions), I found that the front latch would not engage, as the mechanism rested on the front bed rail. I had to remove the mechanism from the center rail (front framework portion of cover and move it to the next rail back. Once completed it worked fine.
A recommendation to the manufacturer would be to beef up the most rearward clamp on the Toyota Rail system, to keep it from sagging when the cover is rolled. I have to force the rear frame section into the side frames then close tailgate, followed by latching tonneau.
