"First let me start by saying, I am very happy with this purchase. I have gotten several complaments on the cover. The only negative thing I can say is the directions were very poorly written however, after a call to the manufacturer the installation was easy. It took approximately 2 hours to install the cover." —Shane M from Land O Lakes, FL bought a Truck Covers USA American Roll Tonneau Cover for a 2007 Toyota Tundra.
"It took a PHD in Education, a Doctor, and a Marine Lieutenant Colonel almost 4 hours to do a 15 minute job because the instructions were so bad. The product is perfectly engineered....but at the cost of the product, don't you think you could include the TORX #30? And couldn't you afford to hire someone to write decent instructions with good pictures so the easy job would be easy? A DVD is cheap and great advertising for you and a modern way to show how it goes together and how to put it together. Product is a 5 star and instructions are 10 piles of what dogs put in your yard." —Michael C from Fort Myers, FL bought a Pace Edwards Full Metal JackRabbit Tonneau Cover for a 2007 Toyota Tundra.
"My first Pace Edwards cover was purchased in 2000. It was reliable until I sold the Tundra. The new JackRabbit is easier to install and looks awesome. I expect the same duration of use and hopefully more....I would recommend it without hesitation." —Kenneth R from Houston, TX bought a Pace Edwards JackRabbit Tonneau Cover for a 2007 Toyota Tundra.
"I spent a long time researching which cover to get. I'm glad I selected this one. Best feature is how it locks to the tailgate as well as the rails! Secure!" —Brook R from Midlothian, TX bought a Roll-N-Lock Tonneau Cover for a 2007 Toyota Tundra, 6' 6" short bed.
"Arrived per schedule in good shape.
Unit is working fine - needs a better seal at the front end of the bed.
Instructions are minimal." —John W from Sonora, CA bought a Pace Edwards JackRabbit Tonneau Cover for a 2007 Toyota Tundra.
"The G2 arrived on schedule and with all of its parts.
I had read that the installation instructions were poor, so I watched the video on the BAK website. This helped me interpret the written instructios that came with the cover. Installation took about 3 hours, largely due to proceeding slowly while interpreting the instructions. I called BAK several times to get clarification on one point. I never got a call back from my first call. On my second call, I was on hold for over 40 minutes before I finally hung up. After my thirsd call, I finally got a call back, and my question answered.
The cover worked right the first time, and I immediately used it on a road trip that covered 2500 miles in a week. It does leak a bit, but my first impression is that it will work well for me. It is easy to use, and good looking." —Robert M from Cypress, TX bought a BAK RollBak Tonneau Cover G2 for a 2007 Toyota Tundra.
"1.5 hour installation
Had to fight the locking mechanism a little but it worked out just fine. Also I already had a sprayed in bedliner installed so the siderails had to be cut off about a quarter inch. Was still easy and looks and works great. Read the directions before you start. Twice" —Dale F from Macomb, IL bought a Pace Edwards Roll-Top Tonneau Cover for a 2007 Toyota Tundra.
"Overall the cover is great. It is everything I expected it to be based on other reviews I read before purchasing. Delivery was fast and the unit was in perfect condition upon arrival. However, the instructions were poor at best. There were too many what ifs because of brand variations. Also nomenclatures were not explained. For the beginner or first time accessorizer, this may be an issue. For hole drilling, don't second guess like I did, just drill the 1 1/4 inch holes and your drainage system will come out just fine which by the way requires a hole saw with mandrel. Compared to the rest, this is the cadillac and there is no treating of the cover like most fabric covered retractable tonneaus for similar price. The only other unknown is customer service after the purchase. To be determined." —William S from Midwest City, OK bought a Truck Covers USA American Roll Tonneau Cover for a 2007 Toyota Tundra.
"The ordering process was good. A follow-up phone call for verification was an extra. Good deal. I recieved it promptly but with some shipping distortions to the container and cover. I reposition the cover into the track ok so no problem there. READ ALL material and packaging 1st prior to install. I also found a local dealer that would have ordered and installed the system for the amount close to what I paid. Go figure. Insalling the cover was pretty much what I expected and a helper would have been good. The cover needs careful placeing of foam rubber to insure a water tight seal. Good quality and low prfile looks are a plus." —Joe C from Antioch, CA bought a Pace Edwards JackRabbit Tonneau Cover for a 2007 Toyota Tundra.
"Excellent fit and finish to the cover. I installed myself and directions were easy to understand and parts were all included. Really like how it looks. It has been raining and the cover does not leak." —Reid D from Plano, TX bought a Pace Edwards JackRabbit Tonneau Cover for a 2007 Toyota Tundra.
"I think the Roll Top Cover is an excellent buy. I bought my first one in '99 and installed it in 4 consecutive trucks, only replacing the cover one time. When I bought an '07 truck that it wouldn't fit I gave it to my son-in -law to put on his truck." —Edward P from Winnsboro, TX bought a Pace Edwards Roll-Top Tonneau Cover for a 2007 Toyota Tundra.
