Top seems quite sturdy and is easy to install once you get the hang of how the clamps work. I have not had any rain on it yet so I can't attest to how water tight it is. However, by looking at the seals, I only see a couple of small places that might leak in the front corners. I would think these places can be easily plugged if necessary. May also be issues around the tail gate, but that is common to all covers unless you install tail gate weather stripping. Overall, if it holds up, I believe it is an excellent value. For Ford F150 owners, I would recommend that you trim the bed rail covers back enough (approximately 1/2 to 3/4") to ensure that the clamps are resting against metal instead of against the part of the plastic bed rail cover that extends below the metal rail into the bed. Otherwise, the clamps might bend the plastic and the cover doesn't clamp down quite as well. Also, the extra roll of weather stripping they send you is for the front of the bed since it is lower than the sides.
