When the cover arrived almost two weeks after it was ordered, the two front clips were missing. After calling the 800 number I was told that company policy prohibited ovenighting the parts to me. Well five days later the clips arrived and I started to place them on the truck, One of them worked perfectly, the other one after two turns the carriage bolt stripped the plastic head. After another 800 call the clips were overnighted to me and I was able to install them and the tonneau on my truck. After all the grief, with the missing parts, I am quite satisfied with the top as it does exactly what I wanted it to do.

Exactly what I was looking for in a cover. Security, complete flexibility, and easy installation. This product addresses all previous tonneau cover short comings.

This tonneau cover is one of the best soft tonneau covers on the market it was quick and EASY to install no holes no cutting or anything and I even have a bedliner. It was shipped fast. This cover rocks!

I really do like this product, unfortunetly i had to call the manufactory company and request a new cover ( material only) there was s scuff mark on the cover. I recived the pachage and question as to why the bax had been tape closed and the box not staplrd together. I will say after speaking to a Rep. on the phone with in a matter of minutes the replacement cover I was told will be sent out ASAP and that there was no cost to me. As of 08-15-08 I have not recived the replacement cover, I just returned for a 600 mile round trip with the truck and the cover did a wonderful job. Thanks

Nice cover .very heavy ! Directions were wrong so still trying to get to fit just right.

This is a very well made product. It was easy to install and the directions were easy to follow. AutoAnything was easy to work with and I will buy from them again.

The Extang Classic Platinum Tonneau cover is indeed the best on the market. Its affordability appeals to even the most cost sensitive consumer. Installation was very easy and overall appearance and fuel efficiency enhanced. I am sure that I will have this cover for the life of my truck.

Unit comes with typical instructions that don't cover all surprises but install is easy and quick. I think the spring tension should be a little stiffer but cover works great and is easy to use.

great cover. good seal against tool box, great look, nice operation. exactly what i was looking for. installation was a snap. i only had one problem and that was with the support bars not fitting correctly, but that was before i noticed that each of them were labled front middle and rear. i would definately recomend this cover.

The ease of installing the cover is outstanding i was suprise at it being so easy, and after it was installed it make the truck look better. I have removed and reinstalled it with ease. I would recommend it to anyone.
