This was my first time ordering from AutoAnything.Everything went exactly right.I received a phone call from the company after i placed my order online. The rep explained everything to me that i needed to do and answered all my questions.Three days later i received a call from the delivery driver, with an approximate time of delivery to my house. We unloaded the box opened it up and checked out the cover. The cover was in perfect condition.About 35 minutes later my father and me had the cover on my new CrewMax Tundra.Looks great and very easy to put on.Have received several compliments from friends and people just looking at the truck.AutoAnything you did a great job. Will buy from again and recommend to everyone that i know.

The first cover I received had a small rip in the cover, looked like when they stapled the box they got the cover.Called AutoAnything and they sent out a new tonneau and said UPS would pick up the damaged one. The new one arrived in three days but UPS didn't pick up the damaged one. I had to call again and was told that UPS would be here Thursday but they came on Friday. As for the second tonneau, I had to file the burs off the front channel from the manufactures poor cut job. The part of the handle that goes under the rail to lock down the cover (shorter tab) was to long, I had to cut 3/4 inch off each side. The cover does look and work good but quality control at Extang is lacking.

A friend of mine had one about 5 year ago and I was impressed by how easy it was to install as well as light enough for one person to take it off and hang it in the garage when you needed the open bed. I was thrill when I got mine and saw that it has been improved to allow for a much wider opening with the rear brackets, as well as a sportier appearence. Would definately recommend to anyone.Scott Las Vegas,NV

I had a very difficult time mounting it onto my truck because after I put it on for the first time, the hinges on the front came loose and the whole cover loosened up and started to come off whenever I was at highway speeds. It appeared that the rubber gasket material melted in the heat and all the hinges would come loose and almost slide off! I had to remove the gasket material on all the hinges where it connected to the body of my truck and have had no problems with it since. Also, it is a pain when you have to roll it up and remove the rear frame if you need to hold anything of size (i.e. dirt bike, etc) All in all, though, I'm happy with it so far.
