I bought this trailer hitch for my 2008 Buick Lucerne. I had the same hitch on my old car, a 2001 Buick LeSabre. Installation was easy, requiring only two holes to be drilled, and trimming a heat shield. The hitch is rock solid and looks nice with the shiny black powder coat. It is a great product that makes my car more useful, I love it!
When it comes to selecting the right hitch, a lot rests on what kind of vehicle you are looking to tow with. If you are adding a receiver hitch to a compact car in order to use a bike rack your options are going to be significantly different than someone looking to add a heavy-duty hitch to their diesel truck. This is an in-depth look at how to select the correct hitch classification based on your towing needs.
