Everything I knew it would be. Simple install once you find the adapter on your vehicle. Customer service helped with mine. Some auto makers out them in strange places and not necessarily where the instructions say they are, but customer service found it for me in less than 5 minutes.

Truck did not have any trailer towing package from factory. Once I removed tail lights to locate wire harness connections, installation was a "snap". Highly recommend this product. Thaks.

Well designed. Watch an installation video on the web. Make sure you have a crimper. Running the power line under the car up to the battery took some work. Strung it along the brake lines. Buy some extra zip ties. Not the same as in the picture.
